We stayed at the Madonna inn on our way down and back up from socal. It’s a very unique and fun property with an awesome pool (nice and warm!), great friendly customer service, and quirky charm (beats a best western!).

I love the Madonna Inn! The rooms are fun and the pool is devine and the food is great!

My daughter and I spent a special birthday weekend w massages, facials, sitting by the pool and a great dinner.

So much to see around property with nice pool and pool bar. Happy we were able to check in on time and enjoy our full time at hotel.

The Madonna Inn is always quirky fun, and the rooms are a delight, as is the restaurant. We were there on a Saturday, so a noisy wedding party ended up in the room above us making quite a racket until about 2 a.m. The parking lots are very big, but there aren't enough marked spaces for the number of guests they host (this is the second time we've noticed this). There are about 20 Tesla chargers, but only 2 for non-Tesla vehicles, which meant I had to charge my car off site (a 10-minute walk late at night and early in the morning). Could they get more non-Tesla chargers?

2nd time here, just love it. Wish it was closer to home! Love the restaurant and bakery. Love it's kitschy ness, and gaudyness, lol. Yes its old, but love it. Pool area is great.

Swiss Chalet was dated ! Needs carpet replaced ! Other than that it was quiet and room was easily accessible ! Staff was great !

We have been coming here to celebrate our anniversary for many years. The room is dated which I understand but closet doors were loose, dresser drawers would not open smoothly and water temperature was lukewarm in the shower and sink. The area behind the room was dirty with empty liquor bottles, doesn't look anyone does any gardening work around the property. Front desk clerk was very rude and although the room had been cleaned he made us wait for 15 minute after check in time.

The stay was quiet with an eclectic feel. Different from all other hotels.

We had a great stay for my boyfriend’s birthday. All the staff was great including the spa. Had a fun day at the pool , too

What a cool place! No need to even leave. Everyone was very nice. Pool was awesome.

We went to the pool around 8am, then off to breakfast. We planned to head back to our room to freshen up before the next portion of our trip/drive only to find that our room was no longer available to us…cleaners were already turning it over and we had no access to the bathroom in our room. This was before we checked out for the day. Outside of that, it’s a magical place and in beautiful condition!

The view aroun the hotel is beautifull. The room was impecable. And very quiet .

Lovely area. Super open and near the freeway. Not secluded like other themed hotel spots. Food is a bit pricey but flavor is exquisite

Unique property!

This was my first stay at the Madonna Inn, booked for my birthday. We reserved a Crystal Room suite for 4 days and 3 nights. A couple of months before our arrival, we called to pre-order the pink champagne cake and were put on hold to speak with Jesse, the bakery manager. While we understood they were short-staffed, my husband was trying to find a solution for our birthday celebration. Unfortunately, Jesse was quite rude, repeatedly saying, "I'm not following you," in a dismissive tone. This experience led us to cancel our dinner reservation at Alex's Goldrush Steakhouse and instead dine at Novo, which was fantastic. When we arrived, check-in was smooth, but parking was a major issue. There’s no designated parking, and we had to park far from our room, unloading our luggage without help. When I called the staff, they simply said, "Just park wherever you find a spot." On the second night, which was my birthday, a car alarm went off all night near our room, and I couldn’t sleep. The hotel is noisy, with thin walls where you can hear everything outside. We also requested housekeeping, but since it was after 3 PM, they only dropped off towels in a plastic bag without taking out the trash or making the beds. The Madonna Inn is overhyped. I recommend saving your money and staying elsewhere.

Eclectic hotel from the 1950’s. We chose the lucky rock room, loved the stone shower as well as bathroom. Don’t miss having dinner in the beautiful restaurant. Even pink pickleball courts.

The property is unique and fun. We stayed in room 136 - a ground floor room in the back building. This was a rock themed room and was a wonderful break from the mind numbing monotony of the chair hotels. One note about this room - it is under the staircase that everyone staying on the upper floors of this building have to climb. So if the sound of people going up and down stairs bothers you, ask for another room.

Steakhouse was fantastic. American beauty Room was fun but dated.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived. Room was ok. Coffee maker was in the bathroom (ick). No elevator. Spiral staircase only . Different experience . But won't go again.

This property was at advertise. It had a lot of space in it, and the decor was really cute. It had one double bed and one queen bed and a couch. There was four of us in the room and we fit more than comfortably. It came with two robes to lounge around and two free waters. There was a fridge and wardrobe. The bathroom was really antique and cute and matched the decor. The one thing I guess I didn’t like about the room is that it doesn’t get very dark at night. No matter how you turn the blinds or what you hang up to block the incoming light. I wish that could be addressed. And the gentleman at the front desk from my cell phone as it would deactivate my key card, but I kind of thought that was a myth and I didn’t think about it so that was annoying. The grounds were beautiful to explore and the pool and views were nice as well.

Wow - what a unique experience!! We throughly enjoyed our stay. The room was huge and very comfortable . And we loved all the super camp quirkiness. Room rate was excellent value for money. We also enjoyed our meal at the steakhouse.

We live the Madonna Inn. The kids loved the pool. Staff was helpful.
