I stayed 3 nights. First night fire alarm went off at 1145PM. Awesome. Second night, loud youth sports team salmming doors, talking loudly in hallways etc. Third night, fire alarm went off at 130AM. Im exhausted. I assume this is just a run of bad luck but wasnt a great work week for me.

Great location. New hotel with everything you need in the area. Staff is courteous and hotel is clean. Very happy and will be back soon!

Your front desk staff at check in were abrupt and somewhat rude with my wife. They were complaining about how busy you were and taking out their frustration with guests. As well, we felt your breakfast service was not up to the standards that the other Fairfield’s we normally stay at and lacked much. Safe to say, we will not choose this Fairfield in Kelowna again.

i checked in and it was all good. i got into the room and noticed in the washroom there was blood smeared on the floor in a couple spots, since i had already unpacked everything i didn't want to change rooms. so i cleaned it up myself...i notified front desk to let the house keeping staff know that. but the washroom lighting is SO dark i am sure the cleaners missed it, but then i also assume they didn't wipe the floors at all between room change overs. As well, in the room i went to turn the desk lamp on while working on my laptop and i couldn't as the cord wasn't plugged in and i couldn't even plug it in because they had zap strapped it together where you couldn't extend the cord - very silly.
They did renovations to the hotel and it looks nice but it just isn't as fancy as its perceived.

Staff was friendly, breakfast options were fabulous, rooms were clean. Pool was small but still a nice amenity to have!

Everything was great. We would stay again except not on the side that faces Walmart. Too noisy. They empty the garbage cans in the middle of the night. Seemed like a long process.

I’ve stayed at the Fairfield Marriott before & I’ve always been extremely satisfied. The room is very clean & housekeeping was always there cleaning my room, making sure I had everything restocked as most hotels don’t do this. I highly recommend this hotel and the breakfast buffet was really good, lots of selection, clean & always had staff around if you needed anything.

I booked the stay less than 30 min prior to arrival. I do not think I have ever had a smoother registration. I added a special request for ground floor as we have a dog. At check in I was given the ground floor key cards and dog treats! Well done!

Property is conveniently located on Harvie Ave close to a number of restaurants which is nice. The highway is right there so traffic is going by 24/7. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, although the hallways are pretty marked up due to the service staff carts.
The pool and slide were open this time, which is great for families. Last time we stayed they said the pool was closed for a few hours for maintenance and it was closed all four days we stayed.
They did have a secure room for my bicycle at no charge which was a plus.
The breakfast although free is simply not that great with virtually no variety at all. That said it is free. We’ve stayed before and will stay again, we just wish they’d amp up the food offering.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—central and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The staff, particularly Tomiko and Tamara, were outstanding—helpful and welcoming.
However, the rooms could use some updating, especially the bathroom showers and tub itself, which need replacement. The loud air conditioning also disrupted my sleep. With these improvements, the hotel could provide an even better stay.

Overall, the stay was good and comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. The bacon looked like as if it had been undercooked, it just didn't look very appealing to the eye. Wish there were more fruit choices other than just oranges and bananas and also there were no muffins or croissants, given that we paid $380 for one night stay.

Hello. On the second night we were out late at a concert hoping to sleep in the following morning. At 7:15 there was a dog barking in the next room for 20 minutes. I phoned down and they said that they already had complaints and they are trying to call the person that left the dog barking in their room. The manager said that that’s too bad to hear, and they cannot do anything about it.

We had a good visit.
We had Garbage in the drawers, we checked in our room and we threw it ourselves.
The pool was busy and had garbage and ran out of towels. The front staff were great! The breakfast crew was excellent friendly and stayed on top of everyone’s needs. It was clean and full. I was impressed with them!

Entrance was filthy, room was clean, place was so noisy with all the screaming children, no food options outside of breakfast, junk food snack bar only, coffee pot in room didn't work, tv didn't work, no bathroom fan, bathroom was so dark, staff upon arrival was very friendly, staff when leaving could have cared less.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Room had mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave which was a bonus. Nice big tv. Breakfast was good for kids. Busy though.
Pool is small but water slide is a blast for kids. Hot tub water looked murky.
Overall really good, central option for families.

I stay at the Fairfield every time I am here for work in Kelowna. It's safe, quiet room, clean and comfy bed. I love the breakfast that's included and I can get water through out the day. There are different restaurant options just across a side street. It provides everything that I need. Thankyou!
