We've stayed at just about every hotel in town and Riverside stands out as the best. The staff were wonderful, everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was too. The rooms are fantastic, clean, spacious, and have every amenity that a family would need (including in-room laundry!)
The entire property is maintained meticulously! The pool and spa were crystal clear and perfect temperature!
Dallas and the rest of the staff really pay attention to every detail.
The atmosphere is something you'd expect from an expensive big city hotel. We won't stay anywhere else in Seaside from now on..!

Staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had a 2 bedroom suite and there was a fireplace and balcony. My kid loved it. Bar was open until 9pm
And the little shop was cute stocked with necessities.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is amazing. The staff are professional and caring. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location is in walking distance to food and shopping. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

The entire hotel was spotless. Every time I turned around, someone was cleaning the lobby the parking lot you name it. Beautiful amenities, beautiful rooms comfortable beds at a great price.

Nice hotel overall good size rooms great area. Common areas carpets etc could do with changing and breakfast was very very limited

Lacking hospitality the front desk guy super rude and lacking personality.
but they did leave a nugget of weed on the counter. One tiny blanket for the pull out bed. The breakfast is decent and the property newer the bed was ok. And if you have a 2 bedroom you’re only allowed one parking spot and they mean it. There was a matching band practice above us early in the morning until well after midnight.

We just needed a place to crash between Seattle and our next destination. We were so impressed with this property and the value! Great location and if we are ever on the Oregon Coast again, we will definitely book here!

I cannot say enough about the staff at Rivertide Suites. They went above and beyond at every single step. Friendly, helpful, great suggestions all around. I could not be more impressed.

Elevator was extremely slow and it happened to stop for about 2 minutes before the door opened.

We’ve stayed here multiple times. The rooms are huge and comfortable. They are dog friendly. The staff is always kind and helpful.

Studio Room was clean and spacious. Liked the balcony and kitchen. Bathroom was also nice and had a separate toilet/shower room.
Pool & hot tub were nice too.
Hotel felt safe and staff was friendly. Plenty of close parking.
Ceiling fan in room desperately needs cleaned. Thick with dust.
Pullout couch is insanely loud when anyone moves on it. Sounds like thunder or fireworks. Had to have my young son sleep on the couch instead of the pullout bed the second night, because the noise kept me awake all night.
Breakfast and coffee is not great- glad I brought my own breakfast.
Coffee maker is a standard coffee maker with grounds inside a bag- no regular filter. So you’re unable to use your own coffee. If you drink tea- No tea kettle in room.
There were plenty of glasses, bowls and plates. Some pots and pans, colander and toaster.

The free breakfast was the worst of all the hotels we have ever stayed. They just had cereal, milk and some Begels. There were no fruits or eggs when we went for breakfast at 8AM. Said they ran out of it. I think the hotel is overpriced.

For $658 a night during Labor Day stay I do expect a great breakfast. Breakfast options were not good at all. There were breads, juice, cereals, no sausages, eggs or great varieties of decent breakfast.
Staff were very helpful and friendly we appreciated that.
Probably we will not come back.

Value was pretty amazing. Was able to get a true suite including stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer for about $170 a night. By far the best experience and nicest stay I've had in what Google maps shows as a 2 star hotel.

Great 1st stop on our trip around OR. Loved being able to walk to the beach.
Breakfast items ran out quickly and some things were slowly restocked. Would have enjoyed some fresh local fruit options. We stopped at road stands on our way to our next location and got cherries, peaches, blackberries and blueberries and quickly forgot what wasn't there. : )

Dated building, lacking in cleanliness, gas smell in hallways/stairways, poor breakfast - same few foods every day, no protein, no forks (just plastic knives and spoons). Oh, and they charge 500-$600 per night!!!

Great place for a family trip. Lots of dining and shops nearby. Beach a 5 minute walk. Would be even better with a better breakfast selection.

property was very pricey and did not provide any of the amenities you would expect for a property at that price point. There were no robes, Cleaning services were only upon request. Continental breakfast was minimal. They made mistakes at our check-in and did not do anything to really make us feel more comfortable about it.

This property is not worth the price that you pay for it. The AC didn't work, dishes were left in the dishwasher and there were no smart tv's to be able to stream the Olympics. It's shameful that the price has to be increased by as much as it was just because it's a busy weekend in Seaside.
