TV didn’t work. We didn’t really need it except for a weather forecast, so we just reported it when we left the next morning,

5 minute ride to the airport was our factor in choosing this hotel. It was clean, smelled nice and had a comfortable bed. It offers hot breakfast but we had an early checkout so didnt get to try that. Walkable to a few food options. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is a nice feature. Be sure to call in advance to nail that down. We did, was given incorrect information, waited 2 hours, eventually the driver showed up. New employee told us wrong information.

I booked this room because I needed to stay an extra night in Reno. The hotel is run down and not worth the cost. The hotel double charged me after claiming that I made two reservations with hotels.com when in fact this hotel scammed me by marking my hotels.com reservation a no show and charging me another rate without my permission. When I checked in I specifically said I had a reservation with hotels.com and the this hotel still double charged me. If you don't want to get ripped off, do not stay here. I will never stay here again and their hotel/ and corporate customer service is horrible. They completely lied to me until I asked hotels.com to reach out to them on my behalf. Horrible company and experience.

Arriving was super easy, clerk was really nice. Stayed for one night. Room was nice and clean. Had everything we needed.
However my only complain was the A/C.
When we turned it on it would make a horrible rattling noise all night, I should've requested another room but I didn't want to complain so I guess that's my bad. Otherwise perfect stay.

Exactly what I expected. Modest accomodations for a modest price. Room looked clean but smelled funky. Didn’t leave room until 12:30 pm the first day so missed opportunity for housekeeping service. Could not get trash or dirty towels taken away because housekeepers had gone for the day. However, clean towels were available at front desk. Lots of homeless hanging around area but our car in the parking lot was fine. Free breakfast was basic and not terrible. You get what you pay for. This was fine.

Very nice and clean facilities. Staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast was decent. What is the deal with no toilet paper holders??? That needs to change. Other than that, I had a great stay.

I stayed at Comfort Inn while being available for an elderly uncle who had just had hip surgery so I was coming and going throughout the day. My room was always quiet and was cleaned daily. When I was in for the night, the property was quiet and I felt safe.
The rates were very competitive.

Really liked our 2 night stay here. Although a little tired, everything is clean and works as it should. The hotel is good value for money. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Efficient and friendly staff. We chose to stay here to visit the area rather than in Reno itself. Own transport essential. There's a Denny's 100m away for something to eat at night

This was a great place for staying to connect to airport for flight. Good and multiple dinning options. Staff were all great, and got me into my room quickly and effortlessly. Great service!!

Just surface level clean. This place needs deep clean. Couldnt figure out how to turn 3 of the lamps in the room on. Dont thonk i was the only one as all lamp shades were cockeyed and out of place. Staff was friendly enough.

The gave me a room lesser than I reserved. The main desk person cannot understand some English sentences and was rude. The internet went don frequently and as long as their tv and register worked they wouldn’t restart the router. I am a computer Engineer and knew what was wrong but even though I showed them they would not help until the manager showed up. I’m going to ask for a refund

Typical confort inn. Been to one, been to them all. It is close to the airport, Virginia Ave, downtown and the freeway.
There is only one way to get in from the west and out to the east (towards the freeway/airport) -- which can be a real pain.
As mentioned - typical Comfort Inn, typical breakfast. No pool. Good parking.
The room was comfortable, clean, nice bathroom. Room was cleaned daily (becoming a rarity).

The place was nice and cozy and Mark was very friendly and helpful. It was weird to only have one chair in our room when we book for two people which was no problem for Mark who was kind enough to get us another chair.

The woman at the front desk was kind enough to get us yogurt and bananas because our flight left before breakfast. All of the staff we encountered were kind, pleasant, and helpful!

The room was fine for a night. There was broken furniture in the room (handles missing from drawers) and some strange dark smudges on the bathroom wall but it was fine for one night. A friend stayed in another room and said none of that was present in her room.

It was a nice hotel, in a safe area, room was nice and comfy. It is in the perfect location, easy access to wherever we wanted to go, and the price was great. I was disappointed that it is listed as a “smoke free” hotel, but someone had previously smoked in our room, setting off my allergies

Excellent room. Breakfast area was well kept but food was a little disappointing: no oat meal condiments, no non-dairy milk, coffee not very good, no herbal tea. Theses additions would turn an average breakfast into a nice breakast.

There were young men loitering in the dimly lit parking lot coughing with their pants hanging low. One propped open the back hotel door with a rock. The carpets were filthy. The air stank of cigarettes and deodorant. The heat pump was a noisy wreck
