It was so much fun for all of us. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were amazed with how clean it was kept at all times .

Is under "renovations" which we found out after arriving. Smoke detector light was flashing all night, so not much sleep. Prepare to spend a lot of money!

Front entrance was under construction. Parking lot in back of hotel full next to temporary check in entrance. Had to take shuttle to parking lot in front of the hotel. It runs every 15 minutes. Food at buffet was not hot. I have been to Great Wolf in Arizona and loved it but not this one. Had I known this was under renovation, I wouldn't have book a reservation. Not coming back here.

Made purchase for room on here paid and hotel has charged me another $199. Not very pleased with this overnight stay at all. Wouldn’t have stayed if I was aware of the other fees charged by the hotel.

I arrived here very late after a different hotel gave away my room. I was tired and a little grumpy but the staff was so friendly, they cheered me right up! The room was comfy and clean and I really enjoyed my stay!

When we arrived at Great Wolf Hotel , it was under heavy construction, we were not informed about this ahead of time.
And also the outside water park and pool were closed the entire trip.

We are a special needs family. It was a pleasure traveling with two diverse children (one on the spectrum for autism and the other a neurotypical child) and both their needs were met.

Great Wolf charged me for the deposit I had already paid through Hotels.com and the manager was unwilling to see my proof I had paid a $1500 deposit. So instead of paying $3000 for our stay, they debited my card $4500. I had proof of my payment in full for the total charges, but was told the $1500 deposit was a fee issued by Hotels.com. The hotel management is only in it for the money consumed…not for the fairness or what is right morally. I was very disappointed.

Refrigerator leaked so carpet was wet, no soap no lotion- all were empty no hair dryer.
Food was awful from Buckets l, we left the resort for dinner
The outdoor bar & area were the only nice parts of the resort. Anaheim location is way better

We enjoyed our visit but the issues with the delays on the elevators was very disappointing. We were on the 8th floor and on average time we had to wait 10 minutes for an elevator every time

We tried to get dinner we show up at 8 wait 30 mins for them to just tell me there was a 25 min wait and they were closing at 9 it was up to me if I wanted to wait

Water park and hotel were clean and fun, but the dining was very expensive. The pricing was not clear and the bill was shocking.

Main complaint is we booked a one big stay with Expedia and great wolf lodge charged my card again for the night we stayed plus $110 towel fee because they said we didn’t return the towel back to the pool booth. Didn’t know that was a thing. Call about the double charge and they said they would have someone call me for the refund but I never heard from them.

Check in does take longer than a normal hotel but the staff was wonderful. Parking is a nightmare since people are able to stay all day even after checking out of their room and there is a ton of construction going on around the building. Just take a deep breath and look forward to enjoying family time.

Outside area wasn’t open yet, elevators barely worked had to take the stairs, didn’t have drinks they were pouring from 2 liters sodas, bought ice cream they didn’t have the flavors in all areas well why didn’t you say out of them on the sign before paying ! Overall wouldn’t not go again.

i was charged $2000 for 3 night stay which was all
the money i had brought to enjoy our vacation. we didn't have money for food or activities bc wolf lodge charged me even though i had paid in full. even after they continued to miss charge me, they charged me double for parking as well, so $100 for parking. then they charged me for towels that i turned in myself another $32. overall my whole experience was terrible and i barely got some of my money back now that i am back home. my whole vacation was ruined bc i chose to trust expedia and great wolf lodge.

There were not enough staff at the front desk. i had to waste 30 minutes always waiting in line to check in and out. they couldn't even give me a toothbrush given that my luggage was lost by AA

Overall room was good. Arrived at 9:00pm and everything was closed in the hotel. Went to two vending machines and they were also broken. For a cheap stay, it worked. But not that great with amenities.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Touchscreen ordering for food was painful as the screens are filthy and took excessive time to punch in the order. The room barely had hot water the first two days and the third day no hot water at all. Waterpark was great!

Great wolf lodge was amazing. Our room was soundproof and check in was a breeze! I would absolutely stay here again.

Indoor waterpark was nice, but more than half of us did not go. Parking is limited. There was construction going on. Not enough activities for teens, but plenty for younger children. Quantity for dining was available, but no quality meals. Pretzel place was enjoyed. Pizza was inedible. Room looked adorable online, but space and beds were smaller than expected. Having to return towels to waterpark was a bit much. Overall, just no wow factor.
