It was ok..The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I will not tell a friend about this place.It sits a long side the dark freeway and its pitch black at 530pm .so, I stayed in after that time!

The elevator was very outdated. Homeless people living in their car in the parking lot. The breakfast was not what I expected. I opted for breakfast at the gas station. I will not stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay with a couple of exceptions. The pool and spa were out of order and the only ice machine was also out of order. I was on the third floor and had to use the elevator because I'm disabled and every time I prayed I'd make it to where I needed to go. It sounded like it was on it's last leg. The employee at the front desk was wonderful. Very pleasant. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. No orange juice. Just bagels. A full breakfast should have a lot more than that. Coffee was good.

very loud location; difficult to find entrance/lobby when checking in late at night; a lot of rooms- kept getting woken up by people leaving/housekeeping and staff knocking on doors and guests smoking outside of rooms; no closet or place to put luggage/clothes other then table and chair

We enjoyed our stay here. The was clean and the beds were comfortable. The first room we occupied the a/c had stopped work. I went to the front desk and they immediately gave us another room (no hassle).

The guy that checked me in was great. Super nice and accommodating. The first room we were given was a non smoking but REAKED of cigarettes. The man was courteous to get us in another room that didn’t smell like an ash tray, but it was hella dirty. Body hair in the bathtub, the water wouldn’t drain from the tub when we tried to rinse it down. Mirror had finger prints, floors hadn’t been swept because there was hairs and bits everywhere.
Only positive was the beds were comfortable and appeared clean.

This property has on going construction as well as the adjacent high way. Unfortunately the current property rehab was not noted on the site. The location is perfect otherwise.

The pool was closed I’m 109° weather. I specifically booked because there was a pool. Website should say pool not open due to construction, they HD a lot of construction on the building in the outside. Still don’t understand why the pool would be closed, the pool wasn’t being fixed. The website should state this

The property was under renovation so there was no pool and no jacuzzi as described so I decided to take myself home instead of spending the night there so in essence I lost my money because it was not as it was described

I requested and pay for a 2 queen bed I was given a single queen bed no refund on price difieres the room was dirty there was construction goin on during the day so not relaxing

Room was clean - but seems to be in the middle of an update. Some new paint - but no place to hang clothes as it looked like the hanging area was removed. Unfortunately the outside parking lot was full of garbage (most likely from homeless people in the area). One car was parked in the front lot for 3 days - full of junk. One night we could hear yelling as someone was walking outside in the middle of the night, waking us both up. Lots of renovations going on outside - with a staircase taped off - saying it was unsafe to use. On a good note, staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

Convenient location right off the highway and 2 minutes drive from Raley's grocery store and restaurants. Room was very clean with a fridge, microwave, hairdryer and free continental breakfast - bagels, toast, boiled eggs, oatmeal, cherrios, breakfast cookies, yogurt, juice, milk, tea, coffee, butter, cream chees and jam. The bathtub had a non-slip mat which was not appealing and the bathtub could be replaced as the paint was chipping off in places and the drain was rusty (room 112). For convenient location a one night stay is good.

From the outside it appearedvery nice, however when we went into the parking lot you could see that the stair wells were blocked off. They were blocked off with cotion tape and the doors looked like they had been beat on with a sledgehammer. Once entering the room there was a strong smell of cigarettes, as well as the door would not shut all the way. We couldnt shower due to the mold and other thing growing in the bathroom, and the microwave had rotting food on the inside. For the other rooms of the people who were with us they were stronger smells of cigarettes, and there was ants in the bed. Would not recommend this as a place to stay!

The staff were amazing. We felt appreciated and having access to breakfast traveling with minors, was a plus. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were hard and we felt every spring, everyones neck and back hurts. Our room was not clean. The floor was incredibly dirty, but we were able to have good access to our room and car. There was many hazardous areas blocked offs. The jacuzzi was closed as well. But we still enjoyed our stay.

My work truck camper was broken into on the second night there. I am not holding the property accountable for this, but want to warn potential guests to watch where/how you park and to use an alarm if possible.

The property was shut down for "life safety issues" per the local fire department. Of course, I didn't find this out until I rolled up to check in. A simple email to inform travelers with reservations would have been good to let us know we needed to make other arrangements. Good location for what I need in the area, but time will tell if they get it back up and running.

Paid too much for dirty bathroom and pool is out of order after our boys was playing baseball in 95 degree weather all day and couldn’t even cool off, we booked here for that also. We should’ve just stayed at Marriot hotel with our friends and family discount which is same price if we knew the pool is closed.

The walk ways on each floor were FILTHY. Doors and light switches were FILTHY. Window, (glass), was broken with a hole in it. Window was opened and unlocked upon arrival. No hooks, clothes hanging area or towel rack. Shower/tub did not drain. Entry door had 1/2" gap all the way around. Room had stale air of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room.

I requested a non-smoking room. When we entered the room, I had a strong smell of the smoke meaning someone has previously smoked in a non-smoking room. The cleaning Ness of the room was not up to par overall wasn’t the best stay I had. The staff was super friendly. But the rooms need a lot more attention.

Initially , the room that was assigned to us smells with strong bleach and so we talked to the personnel to change our room because we know it will give us headache and other respiratory problems . We are nurses who are having a retreat at the nearby Mt Carmel Catholic Church and so we know what we are talking about .The personnel said that there's no more available room but we insisted and so finally , he gave us a different room .I believe that such a room with strong smell of bleach should not be used by anyone , period .Thank you .
