Excellent location for transport network, places to eat and drink, and in the heart of orchard street. Amenities were good, room was excellent, although breakfast was a bit poor. Overall very good, would go back.

Great location next to Somerset MRT, all staff really helpful, very comfortable and everything I needed for a 6 night stay. Only think to watch out for is the free breakfast and room service is not provided on Sundays and public holidays, my trip coincided with 2 public holidays, lots of options nearby and obviously you can do your own in the Kitchenette.

The washer dryer broke on Friday although maintenance attended Saturday morning a new machine could not be sourced until Saturday evening. Unfortunately the replacement machine also did not work. Great location, conveniently right next to the MTR (metro) and shopping centre. Decent gym and great lap pool, super breakfast staff, and good size rooms. However, inconsistent cleaning (no cleaning on Sundays, serious problem with drain flies - hundreds of them in bathroom) and unacceptable maintenance schedule (cleaner literally came any time between 9am and 5pm, and unable to schedule work in room for two days, as cable replacement service was scheduled at an unspecified time slot). Disappointing.

I stayed there for business for 2 weeks. Place is located very central and only a minute walk from Somerset MRT station.

Fantastic location for our Singapore holiday. Next to MRT, shops, restaurants and attractions. The Executive Suite was ideal for our needs. The pool and hydrotherapy suite were much used by ourselves. Breakfasts are of a high standard and the staff were outstanding. Highly recommended.

Great location at the Orchard road. 10-15 minutes by taxi to all places worth visiting. Very nice setup - kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need. Great personnel - caring and attentive. The only thing which was not right is a leaking kitchen water tap - but it did not spoil anything.

Our king serviced suite was fabulous for a weeks stay. The property had a perfect central location, close to shops, transport and places of interest. Breakfast had an array of great choices and staff were very friendly and helpful. Eggs cooked to your order! Rooms were spotless and serviced everyday except Sunday as per description. Complementary room snacks and plenty of bottled water provided daily. Laundry facilities included in room or dry cleaning at a fee. Amenities were fabulous - pool in a shady spot was so refreshing, pool towels provided, steam room, gym, Jacuzzi tubs, separate lounge area upstairs to relax, read, complete with computers and massage chairs. Free tea and coffee 24/7. Highly recommend this property!

Room needs to be updated, the ceiling tiles were worn out and some part was broken. The room was spacious compared to other hotels in Singapore. It is suitable for long term stays (over 2 weeks) as it is serviced residence. During my stay, the service came twice a week and changed the bed sheets at that time. The room I booked priced in for breakfast but on Sunday the cafeteria was closed and no one at the front was available to explain why the cafeteria was closed so I had to run outside to get breakfast before going off to my next meeting. This was not expected and caused some disruptions during my stay here. The pool was decent and hardly anyone used it. The gym was adequately stocked.

First visit to Singapore. This location was perfect. There is shopping and dining that are very convenient, literally connected to hotel. Lucy was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Excellent location being along Orchard Road, a few minutes to the Metro and rooms, service and staff

The location of the property is perfect in terms of shopping, eateries and other entertainment. The hotel is very nice and the the breakfast option is a nice addition. The appliances such as the washer/dryer combo were not easy to operate. Also, upon check-in, someone should explain their energy-saving issues in the unit such as the need to flip a switch to get hot water and the other measures they have.

Great hotel in an excellent location close to shops and the very important MRT. We had a great stay in a Premier Room - very comfortable with great breakfast and daily make up of your room. Very happy with our stay and will call in again next time we are in Singapore!

Convenient, next to MRT, next to shopping center, next to food court. Great service and helpful staff.

This was a wonderful experience beginning upon arrival, a happy welcome from all members of staff & the quickest, slickest check in ever & smart escort to our room.The room was very clean, tidy,lots of storage space & views from both windows.The bathroom was spotless, kitchen was equipped with quality appliances & large fridge. 2 modern tv's in bedroom & lounge with quality hi-fi in the bedroom. The pools & gym area's were very good, add to all this free breakfast's 6 days a week is a bonus but the staff made the hotel even better. I can honestly say I am looking forward to another stay here.

We went for a 2 week stay for our honeymoon at an executive suite. Check in/out was fast and efficient. The location is literally steps away from the Somerset MRT station through its connected walkway to Somerset Mall. We were given 2 access cards & a mobile phone (awesome!) that you can take with you (free local/specific international countries calling & data included). Phone has discounted ticket offers to local attractions (which we used and compared with other offers). Elevators are access card restricted. While we didn't get to try out the outdoor pool, it is a long/narrow stretch across their 2nd floor with patio. There is a gym as well. We loved the hydrospa, separated on the same floor, in the back (showers, hot 45c/cold pool & sauna). When we got some free time, we went to check out their 11th floor living room. They got billiards, darts (a bit worn), xbox kinect (limited games), tv, 2x massage chairs (worn/partly broken?), many books, a bookable meeting room and couches to chill. Limited self-serve refreshments available. There is also a connected outdoor sky garden deck. Complementary breakfast was excellent. Arrive before 10am or there won't be much food left. There is also an a la carte menu (highly suggested). 3 cooked meal dishes offered daily, changes daily. The suite itself was great. Stocked kitchen, living room, bedroom, washroom. Although there is visible wear. Pot lights hanging loose & corner mold in showers. Staff & Housekeeping was excellent!
