Staff was very friendly and helpful. Area was centrally located and easy to get around in. Bus stop at one end of street and tram at other. Room was clean and large

There was nothing not to like given the price for a room. Shouldn't cost more though! Faysal is a courteous and highly competent receptionist.

There was NO CHECK-IN!! Though I had written messages via Expedia AND called them that I would arrive late AND they promised to send me the information to get the keys … THEY DIDN'T. No cell phone to call them only an answering machine (that, obviously, nobody checked) … and so I ended up at midnight in Vienna without my booked room. You should de-list this (NON)-Hotel IMMEDIATELY: They treat their (and your) customers like stray dogs or cats, not like persons! WHAT A MESS!

The people working at the hotel were so nice and friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and comfortable. During the heatwave, they gave me a fan and the room stayed cool and comfortable. I thought the building was safe and conveniently located to the 13A bus and the tram.

Terrible experience. Instead of check in ust remote hand over of the keys through a box with a code. No staff in the hotel almost all the day. We paid higher price for a room with breakfast, but in the morning reception was closed and no breakfast provided. No staff in the hotel, nobody answered the phone. That is why even luggage storage was not possible and we had problem to leave the hotel and visit the city. It is not hotel, for sure not the 3 star. It is like a terrible Airnb room rental without any staff in the place. When finally somebody came at noon for cleaning rooms, there were no interested we paid for breakfast, only interest was where we gave the keys from the room. As we booked from hotels.com they were not interested in anything we booked with them. They said service is limeted due to some staff Injury we should follow the rules they sent by email a day before the stay. It is only rules valid by their opinion. There were not interested that it is radiccaly different from the conditions what were provided during booking. Even no interest for giving money back for not provided breakfast etc...

Clean and excellent value

Great place and very good attention

The service by everyone was the best and very helpful. They allowed me to check in earlier and provided good city touring tips. They also have a luggage storage if you need to leave your bags behind after checking out.

As one-two nights stay for backpacks traveling and staying close to the city center it’s a great place Staff is very cool, responsive and polite. The place was very clean. Not to mention that if you are arriving late evening or in the night, there is a very convenient option to late check-in.Thanks guys

This hotel is not bad for the price and location. But only problem was I had leak water from toilet bowl every time you flush it and management did not send anyone to fix it. There is no one in front desk working for check-in you have to call someone for that. Overall it’s okay place to stay for single person!!

Very good location in the heart of Vienna, metro station Rathaus is less than 10 minutes walking. Room was clean, had its own bathroom. The receptionist guy was nice, helpful and friendly, speaking English.

Agreeably surprised that this pension did not deserve the many scathing reviews it has had. It wasclean, comfortable and though not luxurious, at least decent and adequate and in a central location. A bit of a walk to the nearest U-bahn stations, but it repaid to spend time in the locality, where there are good cafes and restaurants, and several very interesting monuments.

The hotel is very central and cozy. The fornitures are a little old and need a refreshing but the cleaning was OK and we had no problem at all in finding the place or during check-in and check-out

Very nice hotel. Surrounded by many nice cafes. Have a bit distance between city centre and the hotel. Would be nice to have a kettle in the room

The place wasn't bad, but the room could use some dusting. The guy at the reception was helpful and friendly. The location was walking distance to bars, shops and cafes including Cafe Central. It was also wlaking distance to the City Hall.

Very cozy, easily accessible by different transport, good location, friendly staff. Would stay again.
