Very clean, comfortable beds and pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and pet friendly (no extra charge for the dog!). We crashed here while traveling. Beds were a little wobbly/uncomfortable. Room was very clean! Bathroom getting some wear and tear but all in all great value.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was ready at 6:00 , never late any of the days we stayed. The only complaint I had was our air conditioner quit working in the middle of the night. Made for an uncomfortable night. The staff would have moved our room but who wants to do that at 2:00 in the morning.

Place wasn’t bad. Air kind of stale and a/c sounded like it was riding the struggle bus at times. Sheets were obviously clean but needed should have already been replaced due wear and tear and a few old stains. Coffee maker in the room was broken.

I got there and it seemed ok. Staff was great. There ended up being a horrible smell in the room. Probably from filters in the a/c or the dehumidifier. It maybe extremely nauseous. The staffs solution was to ask me if I wanted them to spray the room to cover it up. I immediately checked out. Was told a refund probably wouldn’t happen. Nothing compensation is the right thing to do.

You could tell that the property had been renovated. Walls in the bathroom had been redone with gray paint over white paint. The floors were redone with plank flooring. Thanks for trying to upgrade Red Roof Inn. Really appreciate it.

The tv and bed were nice, a/c was cold. Wi-Fi was bad. All 3 devices had issues with connections and speed. No streaming. Front desk just says to disconnect and reconnect, would not offer anything else. Shower had low flow. Had two beetles in the br, two more in hall. At least they weren’t roaches.

Staff was very helpful and courteous! The Inn was very nice, quiet, and convenient.

Plug in for phones didn't work ect

Great place to stay and continue your trip. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed and room. Simple breakfast, but at least you get something to start your day.

We tried to cancel our reservations for a family emergency and y'all could not find our itinerary I had a itinerary number and there was nothing there and you charged us for the first night anyhow you did not have an itinerary for us

This Red Roof exceeded my expectations. The room we stayed in was large and very well cleaned. Only complaint was that it was a little noisy because the walls are paper thin and the milk at the free breakfast was expired but management changed it immediately. Just think food quality should be checked before putting it out. Anyways great for one night and it was a perfect affordable option for us traveling with two dogs.

There was mildew in the room we were given and my son’s allergies couldn’t handle that. We had to leave to go to another hotel because I was worried his asthma would get worse. Staff was very understanding and helpful.

They say dogs stay free but when you check in they charge you for the animal. The rooms have a dehumidifier in them but we were never told anything about it. It filled up within 6 hrs and the house keeping never emptied it. We had to repeatedly ask for towels as they never gave is more than what 1 adult uses. They did not change sheets unless rip all sheets off the bed. Although it is a “smoke free” hotel, the smoking area is at the front door so you get hit with it as soon as you walk out. The mosquitos were so bad that my legs were getting bit through my pants. They can at least spray their property to help. The walls and doors are so thin that you hear EVERYTHING. The people above us were running for several hours and they did nothing.

Front desk wonderful. Room had a smell but was clean. Breakfast was just bread, carbs. No yogurt, eggs or proteins.

I absolutely love this Red Roof my first option when traveling back home. Very affordable, peaceful, and great staff.
