The room could of used a little repair in bathroom and bath floor

Would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect and staff was very friendly.

Decent little place, rooms need to be cleaned better. Maintenance needs to be done as well, no locking hasp to lock the door from the inside was unnerving and some transition metal from the tile to carpet was exposed and sharp.

I got several calls from the motel to confirm my check-in. The front desk staff was very courteous. Once we got into our room, because my husband is chemical sensitive, we had to air out the room first. I had brought a computer to zoom with family. While, there are plenty of chairs in the room, there wasn't any desk that I could sit and put my computer on. Meanwhile, my husband was having a hard time getting the tv on. Though, there was an instruction sheet, it had to be tried several times before it would get to the channels. The bathroom was the part that was most terrible for me. There was mold on the tub mat. The tub wasn't clean, either. I am germ-phobic, it wasn't a good experience taking a shower. The baseboard heater was also taped together, my husband said it was hazardous (he is a retired public health officer). The mattress was very, very firm. It takes getting used to.

Good quality for the price, good ice machine, premises and room clean

The room was always too warm. We had to run the air conditioner continually.

We arrived late, only after we checked in, I saw that they sent me a message with instructions on what to do if I arrive after 21:00, if we were late it would definitely have helped. The only thing that bothered us is that the air conditioner is very noisy

Overall it was a good stay. The toilet in the bathroom kept running. You had to tap the handle a few times to shut it off.

It was just for one night. But must say good value for money. Clean and safe, well managed. Good environment and quiet location. Can recommend and would come back.

Very loud motorcycles much of the time. We found that the bathroom toilet was way to low for both of us, and my wife couldn't step into the shower. She has mobility issues. We did muddle through, though a bit frustrated.

The room was simple, clean and had everything I need. The price is great and centrally located.

I was disappointed, did not look like the picture on the internet when booking. Washroom was dated and the bathtub could be updated. It was quiet for sleeping.

Hotel had a convenient location. We had a room at the back of the building with a view of the pool and mountains beyond. We weren’t able to check in early, but when we went back we had a good welcome. No room servicing, but we were able to collect clean towels. The room was large and comfortable, but the whole place has definitely seen better days. Some things would be very easy to improve, like replacing shower curtain ( which was mouldy along the bottom) and cleaning the extractor fan ( which was very dusty)

We just had a quick stop overnight here. Comfy beds. Big tv for anyone who watches. Staff was friendly

Great place for the price

Walking distance (5 mins) from steam train, Zebs and restaurants. Hotel check in was fast, room was clean and functional. AC made some strange sounds on starting, but go away after a few minutes. Shower area is small and the water temperature fluctuates randomly from Diana Baths cold to hotter than bearable. But all in all a nice room in a great location. Would stay again.

Overall well maintained, quiet and very clean, we were very happy with our one night stay and would stay again. Very affordable.

This hotel is great if you’re looking for something convenient to downtown North Conway with a low price tag. The pool was clean and parking was great. My big complaint is that the water went from super hot to super cold and back again in the shower. I couldn’t get it to stop changing. But other than that, this is a good option at a great price.

No pool times so you could go as late or as early as you wanted to. No distractions from anyone and very soundproofed rooms.

Well located and very clean and comfortable

Not that bad of a place to stay. We were a bit grossed out by the shower because there was what looked like a lot black mold growing on the bottom of the shower curtain (I forgot to take a photo) and the shower head itself could definitely have used a cleaning. Otherwise the jacuzzi tub was very clean, the bed was decent, and overall the room was fine. It was a very convenient place to stay with plenty of stores, dining, and attractions very close by.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at Colonial Motel several times and it has become our preferred place to stay. I would suggest that all carpeting be replaced with laminate flooring, as carpets are less sanitary. Also, the facecloths need more intense bleaching. We appreciated 90% of our experience.

Parking was great and clearly marked. Bede was a tad hard for my old bones, but that's very subjective. Wish they had an outside hot tub though. Very pleased overall.

Room was clean comfortable. Hotel staff friendly and easy to work with.
