Apart from our booking not coming through to motel, even though i had checked in online through wotif early overall experience with motel was great.

Easy to reach from airport

Excellent three star property, lovely pool area, access to the beach with towels. First class breakfast with choice and restocking Just let down by no restaurant at the hotels and exorbitant prices on some nights

so noisy upstairs and floor is dirty. Room service for food never answered the phone.

Hotel standard was below expected and previous experience, customer service not great, pretty average really

Comfortable hotel located minutes drive form Yas Mall and the theme parks on Yas Island. Modern, clean and affordable. Only gripe was the AC struggled to go below 20c.

Beautiful property. I was only there one night but the staff were wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities ie iron, ironing board, comfy bedding, kettle station etc. There was nothing I had to call the front desk for.

Close walk to the Yas Links Golf Course for dinner

An amazing property in an exclusive settings. I am definitely going back for a longer stay. Amazing what could be built in the desert if you have cheap energy resources. Cheap energy is essential to create prosperity.

I spent almost 3 hours on the phone and messaging (live chat) attempting to change my check-in date for 3 rooms, because my client's flight was delayed by 1 day. I was never able to change the check-in date, therefore I was charged the full price of the 3 rooms - and ended up staying at another hotel because of the service. Centro Yas Island reservation desk was not reachable, unless you contacted the restaurant reservations and asked them to transfer you. This was highly frustrating and would not recommend for this reason. I have no idea what the property was like, since I was never able to check-in at the hotel.

Good rooms, and decent breakfast. But the bar was closed and evening restaurant too - you have to go to the hotel next door. I was surprised by how noisy it is being located close to the F1 track.

Nice property, very helpful and friendly staff. Mohammed at reception did a great checkin and check out process, smooth seamless amd quick.

Not far from the Abudhabi airport. Easy to get taxi from / to the airport. Very few bathroom amenities provided.

Rooms were lovely, staff so helpful and very clean

Room was fine, with good bed and pillows. Bathroom requires some update/servicing. Personnel is kind and provides good service. Breakfast was fine with sufficient variety. At one night very early they started outside with a leave blower, disturbing the night. The prices were very high around Adipec exhibition and did not even include breakfast. Good location at Yas Plaza with sufficient restaurants and bars. Overall a good score.

Globally ok. Just food is very cheap. Low quality food for Breakfast buffet and Dinner there is long and not good.

Should have a microwave in a common area for guests to reheat outside food. Other than that had a great stay!

Not the best stay, our room looked good but after unpacking our bags we found some insects; however, the staff were very friendly and helpful and apologized for the inconvenience, moreover they moved us to another room. The 2nd room was not that clean and smelled bad (humid) also the headboard was smaller than the bed so one of the wall mounted lights was sleeping next to us!! Very inconvenient! Of course they would have changed the room if we had told them but we decided to keep it since we already unpacked! The breakfast buffet was just fine

I know Centro vibes from what i stayed earlier but i feel this one is bit outdated and need to bring a life in it with keep Centro's touches. my stay is fair as i'm comfort to a certain level but not to a level that give an ultimate comfort, overall its good yet average.

I liked the experience very much and am a repeat customer. Centro Yas Island is close to transport and shopping. It is also very quiet which I prefer. The gym and pool are excellent amenities and I made full use of them. Staff were professional yet friendly and readily answered any questions I asked. My stay was a very good experience.

if you're thinking of staying here, please don't. they have horrible services, rooms are extremely dirty and house keeping does not even clean the room properly.
