Overall stay was wonderful, only thing was the bed was a little hard for our liking but if needed I would definitely stay here again. Great place to stay with kids everyone eas friendly and the pool was lots of fun.

This was a perfect hotel!

Stay was good, probably the best place to stay in new Iberia, will definitely book here again trust me if you’re thinking about another one in new Iberia don’t, pay the extra money so you can sleep in peace.

My day was very pleasant. The staff was amazing. I’m reading the hotel on the staff alone five stars all the way through as far as some of y’all customers I’ve met some racist ones that was there and I didn’t like the feeling that they was given me yes I’m black and yes, they were but Regardless of the point I wasn’t here for them. I was white on my vacation enjoying my time so once again overall ratings for the staff, Miss Adrian, Miss McKenzie and Necie in housekeeping wonderful treated me very well housekeeping hands-down they deserve it. Everything else is irrelevant because without the wonderful staff that y’all have, I wouldn’t be back, but I will be back that was my second time there and there will be others regardless of people checking in and out. I want to say thanks again and I will return.

The staff the desk is great

Both large luggage carts were out of service with flat tires/blowouts. The walk-in shower has holes in the tile that need to be filled with caulk where old safety bars have been removed and replaced with new ones. Other than those two minor problems, I don't have any problems with the room or beds. They were clean and comfortable. I wish hotels could include a comfortable chair in the room for reading. The desk chair was better than most but not really comfortable. As for the included breakfast, we saw both ends of the spectrum. The cheese omelets, smoked sausage, and potatoes were ice cold our first morning. As a hot cereal, we were offered grits. I settled, as did my wife for cold cereal and toast. Even the coffee in their carafe needed to be warmed in the microwave. The second morning was a much better showing with hot scrambled eggs, chicken sausage patties, and biscuits (but no gravy). Hot cereal today was oatmeal with dried cranberries and slivered almonds to add if you wished but no brown sugar (the way I like it). But, I found some maple syrup near the waffle maker and used that. It was quite good. This morning turned out to be a much more pleasant experience to get us on our way. Even the coffee was hot. NOTE: As to convenience, this and the surrounding hotels are nearly cut off from Hwy 90 as the intersection just South of them has been closed completely for at least the next few months. Google Maps knows this and can get you there but don't rely on Garmin, etc.

Excellent room & service!

The room was comfortable. We have stayed before and booked again and would stay again.

We had a fabulous stay here! The rooms are very comfortable with lots of room, a microwave, in room fridge, and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptionally good. They serve fresh fruit plus a hot breakfast bar.

When we arrived there were lots of shipping boxes in the hallway around the elevator area. A mess but no big deal. The bed cover in the room had brown nastiness on it. This was a much bigger deal. Then when we went for breakfast, the whole dining area smelled like sewer or old mop water. The potential is there to have a nice place, but it was as though no one cared to clean it up.

This was a trip of kids and parents for a bible quizzing tournament. Everyone said the hotel was "excellent" and were very pleased

The service was amazing! The staff made us feel at home.

Suite was spacious. Pulled a chair from the meeting room to have access to both sides of the center-room desk. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Everything was very good. The only negative was the hallway carpets needed sweeping. They did that the next day.

The staff at the hotel gets 5 stars- they were great! There were computer issues when we checked in and they were handling it with grace and personally walking each guest to their rooms. The room was very spacious but there was no hot water. Breakfast was very good- better than the regular hotel breakfast spread.

Easy access to Tabasco

The property was nice and clean. Had no problem getting good parking space. We thought we had no hot water, but the hot was connected in the place of the cold. Was pleased with breakfast. There was cooked grits, didn't have to make instant.👍

No water pressure . Water did not get hot
