there was no hot water running at all. complained to the staff and they said they will take care of it but nothing happened. not very clean either.

The hotel looks well taken care of and clean.

The location is far from the city centers but worked for us.

Breakfast was ok - ran out of coffee after 1st night in the room however

Was looking forward to a nice hot bath but the "hot" water was luke warm both nights.

The facilities were nice and clean. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The beds were really comfortable. My son and grandson were very impressed with how spacious the 1 king suite with sofa bed was. LOVED LOVED LOVED having a ceiling fan in the room.

I prefer to stay in a Hampton Inn whenever possible. This Hampton was a total disappointment. The hotel seemed worn out, unattractive and finishes were old and basic. The breakfast was not well stocked and ran out of food early each day. on Sunday morning, by 9:00, they were completely out of bagels, English muffin, pastries, muffins, yogurt, WAFFLE mix etc…..the cupboard was bare! They did have sausage and eggs cooked in a microwave. Coffee ran out, too. Staff didn’t seem to care!
