Calling for elevator when needed to go down

Asked for sheets to be changed while we were gone and no one ever came

The cleaning scents were overpowering upon entering, my husband and mother couldn't take it, they use citrus scent. I asked to be reimbursed as we couldn't stay, front desk very friendly but didn't have the authority to do so. Needless to say we didn't get our money back nor did we stay there.

I enjoyed being able to go to the store in the lobby, where I was able to get drinks and snacks for a reasonable price. I also enjoyed having a kitchenette in the room. This made it easy to heat up and store food during my stay.

The bed was horrible!! It definitely was not the size bed that we asked for and it was very uncomfortable sleeping in it because it would move every time you rolled over. The staff was very noisy early in the morning going down the hallways. And housekeeping didn’t even announce themselves before attempting to enter the room.

Staff is very accommodating.

Pool was dirty.

Entire Kitchen & entry floor was sticky. Floor not swept well & debris was stuck in sticky floor. Debris swept out the door & left in hallway next to our room door. Bed was comfy. Bathroom & Kitchen were clean.

The room was rather small, the queen beds were more like full size beds. The mattress was super tough. No Breakfast and a very small pool!!
