Vivian was great, very friendly and the house was perfect!

Ok, to start, the woman who runs this place is absolutely barmy. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it's a fact. Also, she doesn't live on site, so you're kind of on your own. And the breakfast is.... not a hot breakfast. It's just groceries in the kitchen. So be prepared for that. The room was TINY. I mean SUPER SMALL. And there's not much parking - if the place was full, you might not get a spot. It's a great neighborhood, and reasonably comfortable. It's a bit weird when they knock on your door and ask to measure the room. I mean, am I meant to say no even if I want to? Still awkward. You have to get your soaps and stuff from the hall. And there might not be any. So yeah, it's okay. But not great.

This was a cute B&B. We stayed two nights. Not the best location and a little hard to find. But works for exploring the city by car

Lady on the house was amazing, small and cosy, best value for the price . No shower gel or soap inside the bathroom. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Everything wonderful

It's a house with multiple lockable rooms where guests can stay. I liked that the kitchen was self-service. There was lots to choose from for breakfast. We also used the refrigerator for our own stuff. There was a big supermarket 150 meters from the house and a McDonald's even closer. Downsides: Check-in was a bit strict, just 13.00 to 14.00. The host may be more flexible with the times if you call them well ahead of time but our flight changed schedule to arrive three hours earlier than expected, so we waited at McDonald's for two hours and we still had to call the local number when we got there (though the host was just a few minutes away). The house was located in a somewhat busy junction, so there was noise from traffic. The location is somewhat far (around 5 km) from the city center and also quite far (1.4 km) from the closest railway station that has a train to the city center. You can't buy tickets on that station, so you need internet to use their app, and the trains don't go very often. The sink had two separate taps for cold and hot water.

Comfortable stay - very friendly host. Lots of flexibility around breakfast and use of dining room which was great. Entrance was a bit confusing as it is a semi detached house on a corner but neighbours were very nice in directing us to the right driveway.

The overall stay was great from reading in the garden to the personable staff and guests it made relaxing and enjoying my vacation simple. The rooms were clean and neat when I arrived, the common area tidy and full of amenities and the beds comfortable. I know I will be coming back to Belfast in the near future and I will most certainly be a repeat guest of this lovely bnb.

The B&B is a short bus-ride away from the city center. There are supermarkets and a few restaurants nearby so it’s kind of convenient for the price charged. The breakfast is self-served continental style. The place can get a bit of noises from nearby traffic.

Last minute business trip. It’s evident the pandemic has had an effect on the business. As a result the business is for sale. Well priced for Belfast accommodation but needs some attention.

Great stay in the heart of west Belfast lovely b&b nice continental breakfast vivian is a great hostess and very friendly a black taxi which you can stop on the road outside will take you to the city centre in about 10mins fir £1-50 pps shopping centre across the road and pubs very near by

We stayed one night to attend a Shania concert at the SSE. Room and facilities were great, the hotel was only a 10 minute drive to the arena and 15 mins from the George Best airport. Staying there was enjoyable and easy, staff were friendly and the breakfast was all laid out ready for us to enjoy before going home

I didnt get to meet the owners or anyone else while staying here. When I arrived I collected a key from reception and there was nobody else around when I made my breakfast or when I left.

very basic. Hard to register due to a one hour time availability. Rooms not cleaned for our second night. Misleading ad re breakfasts had to pay extra for a hot meal

The staff at this property were super helpful and friendly! They gave me tips and directions for how to get to city centre, looked up tourist options for me, told me about which cab companies to use and were overall super friendly and nice to talk to!
