The rooms were spacious and appreciated the kitchenette and laundry options in the room. We also had a quiet room which was greatly appreciated. The location was very close to the Namba station and the mall, with lots of shopping, dining options. The one improvement I would suggest is better ventilation in the bathroom as it always felt a bit damp and muggy in the bathroom despite the AC and de-humidifier being on in the room.

We booked 2 bedrooms unit, the space is amazing compared to usual Japan hotel. Check in staff was unwelcoming, however the Hotel supervisor was great in the Service recovery! Location is great, just opposite Airport Express, Mcdonald is just across the street. Lawson and many eateries below hotel.

The rooms were great size, clean and had everything we needed, Including a washer / dryer in the room. That was really Helpful. The staff was very kind and helpful and the hotel is in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. Can’t think of any downsides.

Clean, conveniently located and decent size. Friendly staff and service folk. We had a great time in Osaka at Fraser Residence. They will hold your bags in your days or arrival and departure outside of check-in/check/out times. Only issue was the luggage forwarding cost was quite high, otherwise no complains. Try the sauna!

The room is spacious and clean. It is close to train station and metro station. Also, the breakfast is good. Overall, it is recommended.

It’s a very nice place to stay for your vacation as it is situated in a v convenient location, near the Namba station and the shopping centre and with many choices of restaurants. The rooms are v clean with all necessary facilities. I love the washing machine and the microwave oven. The staff are v friendly and the food choices for breakfast is good also. Would definitely come back if I visit Osaka again.

Clean and close to train station, very convenient

This place is just okay. Not the best hotel in Japan but good for families and nice to have laundry. The breakfast is okay, and provided. There was an incident where they gave away our table and took our bag but that was one misguided staff member who wasn’t too bright.

Fraser is centrally located to the train station, popular tourist streets, lots of shopping, and plenty of dining options. The staff was pleasant and the rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - washer/dryer, kitchen with fridge and stove, dishes, lots of cabinets, drawers, and/or closet space. I would definitely choose Fraser properties again!

Good location across namba station and you can walk to dotonbori/shinsaibashi. Taxis can’t seem to find this hotel, 2x we took a taxi and they dropped us off a block even 2 away from hotel. Wallet stolen in Shinsaibashi to include hotel room key and immediately called hotel to cancel cards but it wasn’t when we got to the hotel, they took care of it but it took a number of tries. Also took way past checkin time to get our room ready and was not the corner room we tho we were going to get. Did not bother complaining as we were too tired waiting for the room, they offered their lounge where ac wasn’t working and some stubs to wait at a coffee shops across the way (we just wanted to get settled in and didn’t bother). Breakfast staff was the most hard working, special mention to Sheila who made us feel important. Small area for breakfast and the staff made sure food’s replenished, tables clean and ready and still checked in on us while eating.

This hotel is very convenient for tourists.Easy to access from KIX and we enjoyed this hotel very much. The staffs are also very kind.

Room is clean and facilities are in order. The staff can speak English and is very helpful. It is located beside Nankai Namba Station and shopping mall. So convenience!

We liked that this hotel was like a 1 bedroom apartment so it was very spacious but even though we booked a non smoking room our room smelled heavily of smoke and cigarettes.

Very convenient and safe location. Close to dotonbori and shopping malls. Hotel staff very helpful and nice. One thing I was bothered was the smell of the bathroom. Smelled like a urine stuck on the floor. I don’t know if that’s how its supposed to be because it’s old apartment or what… my nose was not liking it. Other than that, no problem at all. Washer and dryer in one was a plus for me.

Stayed for 5 nights at Fraser’s. The location was perfect, stone’s throw away from Namba Station with lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Appreciate having the washing machine, microwave in the room. Sauna was available by reservation and it was good and private. Breakfast was decent with some nice pastries but could do with more variety.

Great place that is close to train stations which are walkable as well as close to plenty of locations around Osaka. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to assist and answer any questions. Very clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds. Had great facilities included as well
