Great stay. So close to the train station and easy access to downtown. Would return in a minute.

Wonderful service and great hotel

Good location next to the train station and walking distance to the old town as well as shopping. Had to get a new room upon arrival because our first room was dirty with hair stick to the wall in the shower and left over soft drinks in the living area. Replacement room had a broken bed lamp light and the television kept turning off at random. There are many hotels in the same area. I would pick another one.

A few things about this hotel were good, while a number of others were problematic. The view from our room was very nice. The room otherwise was okay - though without much convenient room for luggage. However, there was no air conditioning and the bathroom was run down with some brown and deteriorating grout and caulk around the tub/shower area. The towels were very thin and scratchy and only two of each were provided. The gym was adequately sized but not clean. The stairs to the gym were sticky with dirt and the yoga mats were extremely unacceptably dirty. The staff were a mixed bag. One woman at check in was extremely rude, while the man was more polite. When we asked about a few problems, like a nonworking blowdryer and nonfunctioning air conditioning, we were just ignored multiple times. We had to keep asking until they finally put a fan in our room never admitting that there simply was no functioning air conditioning. The bartenders were friendly but the drinks were very average if not low quality.

Great location but the staff are not very friendly and accomodating. Although the staff said it is a business hotel, there is no business centre.

This hotel was lovely and we liked the little extras including water and sweets in the lobby. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only issue was the shower seemed to leave water over the floor after using. Overall it was a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay

Very close to public transportation

The information that the receptionist gave us were all wrong. For example, she told us the breakfast is from 7-11am. By the time we arrived the restaurant at 9:40am, we were told that the breakfast would be ended in 20 mins.

Great staff and great service. But you could see and feel it was an older building that have done some renevation. The ventelation was really loud and it was b’bit so clean. But location was really great!

Hotel conveniently located. Easy walk to old town and other attractions. Train to airport literally across the street.

We had been traveling for nearly 3 weeks and had 3 suitcases and no where to unpack what we needed for the 3 days we were there. There were no drawers and only a small area for 'short hang' clothes. It was very inconvenient to open and close our suitcases on the floor to pull out what we needed.

Just a really nice stay here. View of the city was outstanding, the room was large and well appointed. Mini bar was actually very reasonably priced, ice was plentiful, staff was all super friendly and the breakfast buffet was on point. The fact that it's literally like 15 feet from the train station was awesome. Highly recommend.
