Absolutely perfect, Only the location is not the best

Unique design..

Unique property in that the building leans - very neat and tidy - staff were extreamly friendly - check in process was ok (waited but not too long) - we felt that breakfast was expensive at 130aed per person - we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel - room was on the smaller side but very neat and comfortable - good view from our window on the high floor - few complimentary items in the bar fridge - everything considered it is a very nice hotel and we will go back

Very nice hotel, beautiful views and nice touches

It is so convenient for the Adac conference center with easy access by taxi to downtown Abu Dhabi. The decor is superb with splendid original paintings to be admired. The reception on the 18th floor is incredible and the staff so professional. The rooms are well appointed with an incredible view. It is worth the little more than the surrounding hotels. Especially appreciated the outdoor pool on the 19th floor.

First impressions of the hotel are good enough, the arrival and lobby area is nice. We arrived at 3.30pm and our room wasn’t ready until 4pm, despite check-in being from 3. This was slightly annoying but no major deal. The hotel staff also seemed miserable, the only friendly ones we encountered were the security guard and valet outside and the restaurant staff. Luckily we only stayed for one night, the pillows were by far the worst I’ve experienced, in a hotel or anywhere else. The AC in the room sounded old and rickety, there’s no noise protection from outside, you can hear anyone walking down the hallway, and worst of all the room constantly creeks during the night, it literally sounded as though someone was walking around in our room. I’ve probably stayed at 50+ different hotels in my life and this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a review at how bad it was. Apart from the awful sleeping conditions (probably the most important part) the hotel is fine, but it certainly doesn’t justify it’s price tag, you could stay at a holiday inn for a third of the price and get better service and comfort.

The interior design of the rooms was incredible. Everything from the walk-in showers to new desgned carpet felt lavish.

We stayed at the Andaz for a conference next door at the convention center. The location was perfect for the event and the hotel met our expectations on every level. The room was spacious with an amazing view, the pool was likewise gorgeous, and the restaurant was top notch. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew were friendly and went above and beyond. Everyone was incredible! I will definitely stay here again when in Abu Dhabi next time.

Landmark building. Foyer was under refurbishment but internal parts of hotel where clean and impressive

It was a very amazing adventure to stay at this hotel. Great architecture and very good interior design for the room and lobby. If you come from Dubai or coming to stay in Abu Dhabi, please check for PCR test. It's mandatory in this emirate.
