This was a stop off on the way back from Manila to watch the Grand Prix and get some sun. The hotel was amazing, lots of restaurants, excellent gym, huge pool with very comfy loungers. Staff were so nice and helpful. Good breakfast. As in most of the UAE drinks were expensive but that is the price of excellent service and weather. Would recommend this hotel for discerning couples.

Did not have the room I booked and requested several times before arriving despite confirmation several times. Hotel checkin staff were useless and nothing could be done until I lost my temper and then an appropriate room suddenly could be found. The rooms were poorly designed and the bathroom constantly had the smell of sewage. When moving furniture around there was a mountain of dust behind them. Breakfast services was slow 20 mins every morning to get a coffee and similar if you wanted eggs. The poor service was complemented by fake hospitality, broken promises of making things better and good old fashioned lies from all including the managers.

as a family of four with a newborn baby we arrived at 13:30 and our room was ready at 17:30, this is unacceptable. THe room should be available at 15:00, as we are paying for the room to be available at 15:00 and are expected to leave on time as well. The hotel is very nice, pool and beach really great also great service at the pool and great quality of food

Rooms are spacious with ocean views. Beautiful lobby area with high ceiling. Great view, great check in staff.

Incredibly helpful and respectful staff. Beautifully presented property with everything I could want, including onsite shopping centre and supermarket. Loved this hotel! Seriously cannot fault my experience here.
