The hotel in general was very nice and everything looked clean. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars in some categories is because they did not do our beds or clean our room or restroom, we stayed two nights. Upon arrival I also found candy wrappers on the floor by my bed.

Love the chain and the hotel is well worth the stay In the area. Staff was friendly & helpful, the area is way to access what we needed and the room was more than adequate for two of us for a 1 night stop. It’s a regular for us

This hotel was above excellent. Lilia and staff were friendly helpful, just great people. The breakfast was very good. The dog, friendly heart was so appreciated, and i most definitely will recommend this hotel to as many people as I can. And if we have to stay in one again, I will stay here. If anything negative at all, I would say, the prices of your snacks in your little downstairs area our way way too expensive ..ridiculously

Everything was perfect! Erin greeted us upon arrival and she was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were immaculate and hotel overall was very clean. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for a memorable experience.

The manager is very friendly and courteous. Check in was smooth. Comfortable stay. Free breakfast is what stands out from other hotels in the area. Enjoyable one night stay. Shower faucet can get some fixing because you need to turn and shut it real hard to prevent leaking.

It was smooth. Person at the desk was great. Got my mother-in-law a room next to us.

I was surprised to not have any housekeeping come after our first of two night stay. We came back too late the second night to request it. When I told the front desk at check out the next morning, I received a vague apology and that I could have put my garbage outside the door if I wanted. There is no door hanger to request housekeeping, nor was there any signage in the room saying that there would not be any housekeeping. I understand the desire to conserve water & use towels for a second time, but for the price of $250/night, garbage should be emptied and the room straightened. I was not impressed by this lack of customer service from a Hampton Inn.

Overall it was a very good stay, except the issue with the bathroom's extractor unusual noise which preventing us to have a comfortable sleep. We were at Hampton Inn & Suites in San Luis Obispo room 407.

Thanks to the SLO Hampton Inn, the employee who helped us check-in was friendly and made the process super easy, same with check-out, was greeted everytime I walked by!

This stay was so comfortable and perfect for our trip! The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast and 12pm checkout were exactly what we needed after staying up late for a wedding. We also brought our dogs and asked for a room by the stairs for convenient potty breaks which was easily accommodated. We’d definitely stay here again!

The room was absolutely disgusting. When we checked in late in the evening, the bedsheets were filthy covered with what appeared to be black animal hair.
More over, the Faucet for the tub had been leaking. They had put the stopper in, so when we checked on the tub, it was 3/4 full of water
So at 12 o’clock at night, we called in for clean bedsheets. We had to change out all the sheets and pillowcases for two queen size beds, all by ourselves.
This was not what I had expected my vacation to look like.
The staff themselves were very apologetic and accommodating. They were very professional.

We stayed here for a family road trip. The staff are very nice, helpful, attentive. Best part of our experience. The rooms are average but our room did show wear and tear and the room was dusty, not as clean as we'd have liked. The walls are thin and the doors are loud. We did hear people walking in the room above ours and talking in the room next to ours late at night. I guess the place is fine for the most part. Average. But, really nice staff.
