This was an exceptional hotel. The rooms had many high tech features. The hotel is filled with art. The staff goes out of their way to assist guests. The attention to detail is a big part of what makes this an exceptional property.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed. I am an art lover and the hotel is basically an art museum. Never see so many Dali’s pieces in a hotel. I am in heaven. By the way, great location, convenient to everything. Strongly recommend it.

The size of the room was great, the hotel environment was very clean and beautifully designed.

It was terrible. I stay at a hotel in Beijing almost every weekend while on business and I was excited to try them out. Usually I stay at the intercontinental which is amazing. I thought I’d try something different and was disappointed. The room has thin walls and I could hear someone on the phone in the middle of the night. I called downstairs and nothing was done about it. They also turned the AC off centrally since it was hot in Beijing... to save their own power costs... without telling the guests. So my room went from too hot to too cold non stop all night! It was awful.

This beautiful hotel is awesome. Amazing and very Helpful staff. I stayed here For 12 days and MET incredible staff thats very true to there job.

Eclat is an amazing hotel in a great location. Esay access by taxi or subway. The hotel is situated in a beautiful mall with fine restaurant. Room is luxurious full of thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend!

Artsy hotel in a shopping mall. My room was very small and overlooking the mall itself. At a different leg on the same trip, I stayed at The Four Seasons, also in Beijing, with a very similar price. Room was more than double the size, overlooking the city, and staff was much more knowledgeable and friendly. I love art but think that overpaying for bicycles in the corridor is not a good deal.

We really enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. It is very modern and posh. Super edgy for those looking for art and flare. The manager was pretty nice and he helped us with our bags. The hotel is also inside a mall so it makes for shopping so much easier.

I wish I could take this hotel with me everywhere I go. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. The staff gives you a personalized feel and are always helpful, polite and friendly without being overbearing, you feel genuine concern from them. They've thought of every detail, from a personalized ipad to massage chairs to little things like a notecard that has chinese symbols for the subway and the name of an attraction to show the taxi driver (believe me these come in handy when hailing a taxi cab somewhere in Forbidden City or Tiananmen Square and the driver does not speak a lick of english). When I did ask for directions, I got a very detailed explanation and the receptionist even took the time to look up the place in her laptop to show me exactly where to walk to. And they always call the cabs for us. They gave me and my husband drink vouchers for their superb George's Bar for the duration of our stay, which was three nights. They have a high quality breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with delectable candies and pastries all with compliments. So, there's certainly value as well. The place itself is magical. Filled with interesting and aesthetically pleasing art and knickknacks. It is adjacent to a really high end mall that has everything from couture to salons to first class restaurants to a food court and a grocery store. It has everything. I have to give a shoutout to their Toto washlet which is a marvel. It is life-changing. Lastly, if you take the elevator d

This hotel reminded me of Hotel Zaza in Dallas... it's very trendy with excellent staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfection from beginning to end, attentive staff, amazing added extras such as afternoon tea and free drinks in the evening, rooms were so special and even recieved a free upgrade!
