Had a funky smell, elevator broke down, ac was not consistent, beds were never made and towels never resupplied. Friendly staff and close enough to everything while still being safe though. I’d still stay again, just be pickier on the room.

When the 4 of us arrived for our suite room we were told that it was taken by someone else. We then were given the only option for a smaller room instead. Also, we booked this hotel to use the pool which we found out was closed and would be for 2 weeks. I had only booked the room a week before without any notification it was closed.

Checked in and said I didn’t have a reservation even after showing them my confirmation # for the 3 suites. They said that because I booked on a 3rd party that it wasn’t a guaranteed reservation and that they didn’t have any rooms available. Then the manager came out once he found out reservations but said it would be at least an hour before our rooms would be ready because they were still dirty and it was after 3. Then when our rooms were finally ready, they were still dirty. You could see hand prints all over the doors, mirrors were dirty and we had an AC unit that leaked all over the floor and had to change to a different room. I was told I was going to get a discount but haven’t seen anything on my credit card. Tyler had an attitude with every question I asked.

The property had a very strong smoke smell and the pool was close and not mentioned when the room was booked.
We ended up not staying and going to a different hotel.

One of my rooms had a lot of water damage from the air conditioner unit the floor was just wet and my room had ants in the floor and the lock on the bathroom door would not lock they had to move me to another room and that carpet was a mess as well plus the pool was down I would not have booked here had I known this however the staff there was very sweet

I stayed here for four nights with my family. The location of the hotel was easy access and near a lot of stores and food places. We love that this hotel offers complimentary breakfast. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

They put me in the handicap room which in my opinion was gross. I first walk into my room and the door slams into the bathroom door because it can’t stay shut. The whole room had a weird smell to it but cranked up the cold air to try and mask it. My bed looked like a toddler made it along with what looked like Cheeto dust on my comforter. Pool has no water and they offer no good food in the lobby to purchase. My towel in the bathroom also had a hairs stuck in the fibers. The breakfast was terrible. Would never stay again. I normally would never leave this type of review but this place needs a revamp quick.

Just needs some serious updates and fixings. Everything was clean but many items in our room were broken, stained or just outright old. Breakfast selection was surprisingly good!

Besides no hot tub or sheets for the spare pull put bed it was by far one of the best hotels ive stayed in. Unique breakfast items to choose from and awesome staff.

Helpful, friendly and courteous staff, clean and orderly facilities, breakfast was delicious, great location (close to all amenities). Room was comfortable & updated. However, swimming pool was not in working condition the whole visit & gym is small & not that well equipped.

Could use some updating in the rooms. Overall felt clean, but the tub didn’t drain while showering, there were wrappers under the couch when we pulled out the bed, and the trim was falling off in places.
Pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was great. Very easy on and off I-75.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times before. This was the first time we had some disappoints in our room. The tv remote for the living room only partially worked so we couldnt change the channel. The furniture was very dusty, and the wall unit in the bedroom area was very noisy so we didn’t use it. Thankfully we had a suite so the bedroom tv worked and the wall unit in the living area worked fine and was quiet so we just had to turn the temp up a little higher to also heat the bedroom area.

The first room had a ketchup package on the top of the headboard. They gave us another room that had mold in the bathroom and the furniture was all tore up!! Hallways not clean looked like not vaccumed in days. The free breakfast was a joke. The guy did not know how to do anything and didnt want to refill the pancake maker!! Save your time and money. Only good thing was the 2 ladies at the front desk!! If i knew how i could post pictures i would!!

The stay was very nice. Front desk agents were very friendly. Only issue I had was one of the beds in our three bedroom room didn’t have a comforter. So after calling we had to go down an get one. And while getting settled into the room we noticed a chocolate bar bag and wrappers in the drawer, a water bottle behind the night stand an old makeup under the bathroom sink. Otherwise looking past that it was a nice stay!

It was a nice trip only issue the pool was very cold, but we enjoyed it. The desk clerk who checked us in was very sweet and hospitable.

The sole reason we chose this hotel was because it has a pool, but we were told it was closed on arrival. Staff said it was on the website and on Expedia but it was not. Also other guests that booked that same day had called and were told the pool was open. I didn't want to go through the hassle of cancellation and finding a better hotel in the very limited amount of free time that we had. I asked for a partial refund and was not given one.
The room furniture was very worn out.
The air conditioner condensation was soaking the carpet.
Unpleasant staff made us feel bad for asking for refills of breakfast items that were empty 1 hour before breakfast service was supposed to end.

After checking in and going to our room I said to my husband, I hope her demeanor Is not an indication of our weekend.
Sadly, I was right.
First room, I could turn tv on but could not change channel, I went down to desk to ask if someone could come look at it, she said NO. I was like ok, what can we do? She said what do you want me too do. I was taken aback as I didn’t think it was a difficult question.
So i asked if they could change out the tv? Answer was no. So I then asked for a new room. She responded with I’m not upgrading you, I said I didn’t ask you to! This part is not her fault but your light on your smoke detectors is so bright and blinks so often. It kept waking me up.

The hotel seemed nice even though there was a smell about the place and the staff were ok not real professional or that inviting, what kinda upset me a little is that I left my favorite belt behind and they said everything gets brought down to the front desk well anything but my belt. And the boxes behind the seat look kinda trashy

I didn’t like anything , I couldn’t even get a refund and I left the next morning at 9am , stayed one night got charger for 2 .
