We stayed here our first day in Iceland. We arrived at 5am Iceland time, got our car and drove to Reykjavík to this hotel. We were exhausted and had nowhere else to go and since it was only 7:30am not check-in time yet. I took a chance and went in anyway to see if it would be possible to check-in early. The gentleman at the desk checked and said that would be no problem. He suggested we drop our luggage off and come down for a complimentary breakfast before laying down for a few hours. What a lifesaver! It’s fair to say it set the tone for our whole trip. The Icelandic people are truly kind and generous.

Check in was easy and quick. The bed and comforter were good. Stayed 2 nights after a cruise. There are several restaurants close by. Paid a lil extra so the tour buses came by and picked us up at this hotel. The shower has no enclosure but half piece, so be careful of wet floor and slippery. They don’t offer hand towels either. Otherwise,
A good place to stay. Downtown is a bit far, walking may take over 30 minutes.

Had to move to another room because wifi didn’t work for series of rooms on the ends of the floors. Not sure why have to haul luggage up and down stairs from the elevator.

Overall very good,especially the breakfast. except the room is a little bit too small

Nice and clean with great breakfast included. Bathroom is tiny for 3 people and you don't know where to put your toiletries. About 20 mins to walk to town, area feels more industrial but this seems more a general impression about islandic infrastructure and build.

Great hotel in Reykjavik! Awesome customer service from all hotel members , easy street parking. Walk to downtown was 1 hour or 10 min taxi ride. Rooms were small but very clean and well maintained.

Great hotel at a great price. Sofa bed was leaning and a bit uncomfortable for our 3rd person but nothing too bad.

This hotel was very nice. But it is a 5-10 drive from the shopping/restaurant area in the city. So, it is great if you don't want to walk downtown. But, for tourists, hotels closer to the mail shopping district would be better, so you don't have to drive.

Wonderful staff, clean facilities, no frills. Excellent value for the continental breakfast, but in a bit of a transportation desert, so if you don’t want a 30-45 minute walk to get to the city center, this may not be for you.

No dining options.they offer only breakfast. No lunch and dinner options. No room service for food. With everything closing at 9pm at least the hotel should have some dinner options that we can order and pay.

The hotel room itself was very clean. Th hotel was in great condition, and the staff were very friendly. It should be noted that they had a fantastic breakfast.
