Soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work

Property’s location is excellent because it’s close by malls and other areas like mrt station. In terms of housekeeping I’m missing the blanket sheet for my bed as only duvet was available which is quite inconvenient especially the a/c isn’t cold enough and using the duvet is too much/heavy. But otherwise it’s ok with complementary bottles of water inside

The location is perfect for me as it is close to all amenities. This was also my second time to have stayed in this hotel so I can recommend. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the staff. Thank you and God bless-

The hotel is conveniently located. Room is rather small but clean. One shortfall is the room does not have a closet .

this hotel is clean and has very professional staff who are cordial and attentive. However the facilities are in an awkward place and difficult to get to which makes catching a cab very hard. Also the rooms are very small and have no place for you to unpack your suitcase suitcase. I would not stay at it again.

Too noisy. No facilities for tea, coffee, food. Its only an expensive sleep over.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. I just didnt like that they dont have much of appliances inside their room. They only have TV and safe. They dont have hair blower, electric kettle and refrigerator.

I thought the property was nice it was clean, friendly and overall great would defiantly stay again.

I like its location next to Robinssons Mall. I like the secured atmosphere with the househelp and security attendants almost present 24 hrs . I like the friendly and courteous staff. I also like the fact I was able to store my luggage while I went to travel out of the city for 4 days knowing it was in a secure place and no charges for storage. Of course I have to return to the Hotel to continue my stay. At one time I had to move to another floor because the warm water is not available on my floor. But overall, I will stay again at this location if i were to look for a place in Mandaluyong.

Location is good/ so difficult to park your car no priority for hotel guess

It’s conveniently located - near malls and the MRT station. However, I’ve spotted a cockroach in the room :(

Floor tiles were moving when you step on them. No slippers and no free coffee. Aircon is good and easy to checkin/check out

It is excellent for the price. It is a nice place if you just want a place to sleep. It is close to Robinson's forum and easy to get a ride. Don't expect a 5 star hotel treatment though. It is a basic hotel. Will definitely chose this hotel again.

Friendly Staff....Great Location....No Refrigerator/Closets on the Hotel Room. You can hear the TV and People talking next door. Shower handle is broken. .
