Great large decks around the pelican cabins.

Have stayed here several times over past month Cabins are great , short walk to beach , has a pool and play ground for kids - be nice to see a spa 😉 Grounds are kept well , hardly any noise Staff very friendly and helpful

Great for all kind of group sizes and travel preferences (cabins, camping, RVs). Beachfront access was also major bonus! Walkable to town with some nice cafes.

Great facilities for kids in nice weather but if it’s raining there is nothing, pretty disappointed with the condition of our room very run down and old, we were 15 mins late on check out and they $$$$$$$$

Location good. Cabins are tired and need some TLC. Screen door fell off twice during stay and not working properly. Advertised free internet unable to log on from cabin.

Fantastic family holiday park that is close to the beach.

We like the location and proximity to the beach and good walks. The park was clean and tidy.The cabin we stayed in had all we needed but, apart from looking dated and tired, we unfortunately also found that the air conditioner did not work. On a cold winter's night, this became very uncomfortable. We did not realise that we could have contacted the park Manager that night for a substitute heater. We were informed of this the next morning. Overall the staff were efficient and friendly and we would return. Hopefully renovations and updating will be occurring.

Urine on the toilet seat, dirt on the cabin floor and generaly cleaned in a rush.Park Manager tried to say he cleaned it himself when obviously he only works in the office. Tried to deny the cabin was dirty and blame it on us. They offered late check-out or a free night we didnt accept and wont be back. Thats council run holiday parks for you!

We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager) called me back with international call and we get the room finally. When we check out the next day, the reception told me that they do not receive any emails or messages from us, and they have send out the check in code (seems that expedia didn’t forward the same to me) Other than that, holiday park is big and very happy to stay with them. Appreciation to Belinda who helped me out when i was pretty hopeless in late arrival.

Jabiru Cabins are spacious for 4 of us. Kitchen is well equipped. The queen bed is clean but the bunk beds are rather dirty prob haven’t been used much. Floor could be cleaner but I guess it’s so near the beach thus easily dirtied. Really great swimming pool, a huge jump pillow, play ground and many easy access to the beach. The beach is really clean and great waves. Walk along the Toowoon beach or build sandcastles, lovely place to enjoy the ocean breeze. The Entrance is great to watch the wild Pelican feeding for free. 330pm everyday. The picnic area has pelican too. The Nora head light house is nice too.

Awesome experience

Wonderful spot. Cabins lovely and clean with extra pillows and nice linen. Very well maintained grounds. Staff friendly and helpful.

When I asked about no internet, reception staff argued that theirs worked so mine must., so we had to go to a club to email family etc.

Read mixed reviews prior to booking and wasn't sure if should stay or not, ended up staying 2 nights, the only issue was when we use the iron it caused lights etc to go out, it was a hard wired iron not portable type, they offered to give us another iron but out all day and by time we returned back office shut, Didn't have time to use balcony nor walk to the beach or look around the park itself, spacious and clean, would stay again
