Warm welcome and clear guidance, given by staff. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable, although on the small side with ample storage. The Fat Badger pub adjoining is atmospheric and well worth a visit. The only issue experienced, was a chaotic breakfast on the second morning, for some reason or other.

Lovely place, couldn’t fault it

We really enjoyed our stay at the White Hart Hotel, ch3ckin was efficient, our room was spacious but perhaps needed some maintenance in relation to the standard of woodwork, just some touching up of paint, hoovering behind the door and cleaning of the harder to reach areas and tile grout. But overall I would recommend the hotel to friends and family and the attached pub, the Fat Badger was a super part of our stay with great food and drink choices.

We enjoyed our stay. All the staff were brilliant. Hotel is in a good location. We stayed in the annex next door. If you’re booking the annex be careful one of the rooms is not on suite and has a separate bathroom.

Great 2 nights, room clean and functional, great service and fab bar attached (Fat Badger). Higher recommended . *only negative is £15 parking per night, seems excessive...

Loved my stay at the White Hart. I stayed three nights and each night was lovely and peaceful.

We stayed in the three bed apartment for one night. Generally we were impressed by the good quality decor, central location, stylish bar and restaurant and welcoming staff. However, it was frustrating that all the internal doors in the apartment had key locks on which meant you couldn't move around the apartment without a key or propping the doors open. We asked but there were no door stops and the doors were very heavy so we had to use our suitcase etc. Not at all practical for a family. The kitchen was poorly equipped (just one blunt knife and no oven gloves) We had a good stay but I think these issues should be addressed for the price.

Stayed for 3 nights, very accommodating staff and an all round beautiful hotel. Close to some great shops and small businesses. 5stars! Would stay again.

We had a cosy double but the room was tiny - this I can get over but I can’t get over the stone wall that was literally built right outside the bedroom window that you couldn’t even see over - this was extremely claustrophobic and if we hadn’t been literally just using the room for the night I would have had to ask to change rooms I spent the night worrying how we Wouk’s escape if there were a fire. The wall was literally 3 inches from the window and you could not see past/over it. We have stayed at the white hart before and have been happy with the small double rooms we’ve had for the price and location but this room I don’t feel was acceptable. If I ever return I will have to request not to stay in this room.

The room decor was unimaginative, the overall appearace was it was unloved, lack of headboard made sitting on the bed uncomfortable and there were no comfortable chairs to sit on.

We’ve stayed here on many occasions and have always been happy with service and comfort of room. We stayed for two nights in one of the Cosy Rooms which are small but okay for a short visit. Great location in Harrogate and The Fat Badger bar/restaurant attached is also very good.

The stay itself wa.st bad it was more the breakfast service which was shambolic. Took 20 minutes to receive a hot drink. And then it was received with attitude.

Room a little tired. Cosy room very small and next to a unit thay generated a lot of noise. Breakfast was okay.

Small room but was Ideal for our short stay. Lovely interior and fittings. Was great value too. Receptionist when we arrived was not very friendly/welcoming. Other staff including cleaning/maintainence made up for this.

I’m sorry to say my stay last night was not good the room I was allocated was in front of the extraction hood for the kitchen, it was a hot evening so I had the window open all I could hear was the motor working And when you pay £140 £15 for parking this is not good

Great stay, lovely clean room with comfy bed and wonderful shower. Breakfast good. Easy walk into town centre.

Although the parking charge is £15 per day we did find it difficult on 1 occasion to get a parking space.

Perfect property room and service was fantastic, staff couldn't have been more helpful ,right in the heart of Harrogate, convenient for shops restaurants and all the amenities

Lobby area was nice, landings and bathroom were dated and drab. £15 per night parking even if you are staying!

Breakfast ok if you like bacon & eggs but no fruit etc . Room small but clean, bed comfortable. £15 parking charge for car park was a surprise no mention of this on website or advertising.?

Excellent value for money in a great location close to everything in Harrogate town centre. Will definitely stay here again.
