Friendly & helpful staff. I asked to check in a little early as I had been driving for several hours and was tired. Monica at the front desk informed me that as soon as a room was clean she would call me and I could check in. And she followed through. I was able to check in about an hour early and I was very grateful. The hotel was very clean and well kept. There was a faint smell that sort of threw me off in the lobby, but once I got to my room it smelled pleasant and clean. All of the furniture was in great condition and the sheets smelled clean. The bed wasnt as soft as I had hoped but it wasn't terrible. Everything in the room was functional and conveniently placed. It was quiet at night as well. Breakfast was an assortment of hot food, fruit, breads, yogurt and cereal. It was pretty good overall. There was also coffee and different juices for your choice of beverage. I will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Great breakfast and very good quiet peaceful hotel. One minor issue is the blow dryer did not work. Overall excellent and I highly recommend.

Service was good but housekeeping didnt come to clean on our second day there. So we had to ask for clean towels next morning to shower because out of our 3 day stay our room was only cleaned once

This is my go to hotel in lufkin , but this time it was a bit off the lights went off at night for a few hours and it got hot really fast there was no explanation until the day after

Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are luxurious and super clean. Great breakfast every morning and the staff is beyond amazing. You will love it here!
