Bathtub was grimey and dirty - poor quality for cost of room

Floors were sticking in the room. TV did not work and neither did the coffee maker. Glad the coffee maker didn't work because upon looking closer at it, it was filthy. Had it not been so late when I checked in and I been so tired I would have demanded a refund.

Staff was incompetent and/or extremely rude. We were double charged. Our keys would constantly stop working until I complained about it. The rooms were dirty. The room my kids stayed in one of the beds had a wet bleach spot on it that you could smell as soon as you opened the door. When I went and asked for new linens, because the phones didn’t work,the guy wrote the room number down and said he would bring them over. We waited for a while and decided to go eat dinner and when we came back still no new linens. It had been over two hours by then. We went and got the linens from him and made the bed ourselves. Both rooms were filthy with orange hand prints on the walls and other smudges. One guy, the rude one, refused to refund the pet fee on the kids room because he said it was listed that there was a pet in there. When I told him that we only had the one dog and that he was staying in the room I was in he said that housekeeping would check the rooms and then remove the fee, that was on the second day. When we went to check out the fee was still on there and I asked about it he told me the same thing about housekeeping checking the room. So I asked why didn’t they check when they cleaned the rooms the other day? No answer. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. The continental breakfast was just sad. Anytime someone would go to the lobby the rude guy was always hiding out in the office with the door shut so it looked like nobody was working there. This was by far the worst stay we have ever had at any establishment and we have stayed at some sketchy places before.

Continental breakfast good except juice machine didn’t work and no other options offered.

Handicap room requested however had to climb two sets of stairs to get to and from room. Coffee pot didn’t work. Remote to TV broken. Couldn’t call front desk because phone didn’t work! No Wi-Fi info given at check in.

The location, it was in the back not bothered.

The location was perfect.

One of the beds sheet had stains on them. The floors were stained,it looked as though it was blood. The tub was dirty. We had roaches in there as well. And the sink smelled like sewer. When I got in that night I didn't have the time or energy to complain.

I didn't like the fact that I had a $50 deposit and I wasn't informed that before I got there because my thing is what if I did not have that $50 then I would not be able to stay in the room and my fee was not refundable.
