They had roaches, the bathroom was dirty, the ac was leaking and the carpet was soaking wet

Our toliet wouldn't flush so they made me come down to the lobby and get a plunger to fix it myself then when I couldn't fix it we had to switch rroms

Very friendly And knowledgeable staff. Accommodations were made for handicap. Pricing was excellent as an overall very good place to stay when I am back in Lufkin. I will stay there again.

When we arrived, our room was HOT. We called the front desk and they told us our AC had been off all day. We quickly learned why, after returning to our room after dinner our room was flooded. The carpet was soaked from the AC leaking.

Due to weather when we arrived at 9pm the power was completely out. Power did not come back on until 330 am. So had to attempt to sleep in a dark room with no ac

The property is in a good location. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. It run down. Paint pealing off the walls. None of the stoppers fit the sink or tub. We booked an handicap accessible room. They took a walker and bolted it to the toilet so it would have handles. But the toilet was really low to the ground. So it didnt help that much.

We were palced on the back side of the complex. I saw interesting individuals walk across the parking lot and through a trail into the trees to some sort of encampment. I did not tell my travel companion of such or we would have moved. The room was priced to what I expected so I have no other real complaints.

You get what you pay for. It was good enough for an overnight stay while traveling home. Room was clean and they had the normal stuff, shampoo, conditioner lotion. But definitely needs basic upkeep, paint on all the scrapped off paint on the walls and new furniture not all banged up. Place was quite at night and staff super friendly/helpful. No breakfast on Sunday but there was an ok restaurant/bar on the property. Pet friendly. Would not stay again but only pet friendly property could find at last minute.

I am in a wheelchair and there is no way I could have stayed in this room alone. My husband had to lift me into the shower because the chair was too far from me and the chair was too wobbly.

EVERYTHAIG WAS WORE OUT, HOLES IN CARPET, HAIR DRYER HANGING OFF THE WALL, WALLS WERE DIRTY AND HAD HOLES IN THEM, OUTSIDE THAIR ARE OLD TIRES JUST LAYING AROUND, WALKWAY IS SO DIRTY REALLY COULD BE WASHED,THE PIC ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT WHAT THE ROOMS ARE LIKE.

Beds comfortable. Front desk guy was nice. Helpful as well. Bathrooms could use some serious repairs. Have to turn tv on and off manually, then remote will work. Over all, good place to sleep. Quiet. Would stay there again. Bathroom needs work over the shower/tub area. Paint peeling. Shower head spraying in back on the wall and running down to the floor. But, like I said, rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable.

We stay here ALL the time to go to church services across the street. We were in Room 129 and it was CRAWLING with BED BUGS. Then we watched the house keeping literally just change the sheets and make the bed !!! Be aware !!!!March 30, 2024

This property no longer has the continental breakfast, but rather a restaurant on property.
The breakfast didn’t offer kid friendly options,
So we had to go elsewhere.
The microwaves were also missing the glass plates. We did ask the front desk about it, & they said they would check on it the next day (after we left).

There were no elevators. There were no first floor rooms. When Expedia contacted them to get my money reimbursed they answered the phone, put Expedia on hold and then wouldn't come back to the phone. I don't even see that I've been reimbursed. Good luck.

Clerk checking me in was rude and was on the speaker phone with a friend the whole time. I really didn’t like this allowed the friend to hear my personal information I was providing. Carpet in room had a greasy fill and so I wore my shoes the entire time. One light in room was cutting on and off due to what I assume was a short. Bed was comfortable though and shower great. If you are looking for somewhere cheap for a quick stay it is fine but I would not vacation here.
