The room was nice and clean. Also the location of the hotel is good.

I choose this room on booking website with fixed fees, but the reception added extra fees when I arrive. I think it was a trick from the hotel to put low fees on the Booking .com to attract tourist then add extra money at the reception.

Цікава концепція і на цьому все. Є фен, чай, кава. Чайник був з європейською вилкою, хоча розетки азіатського типу.

Не було вікна, хоча ніде про це не писали. Приміщення дуже маленьке і дихати нема чим. Доводилось відкривати двері. Тобто всі бачать ваш номер, коли йдуть по коридору. У ванній кімнаті погано зроблений злив для душу, через що біля входу завжди була калюжа і вона не висихала ніяк. Розташування телевізора було збоку від ліжка. Якщо повернути ліжко, то номер був би вже зручнішим. Також нема місця для зберігання речей. Написано, що номер 13м2, але це точно включаючи ванну кімнату. На стелі була пліснява. Ми тут мешкали три ночі.

Very unique and quirky; great location right in the middle of everything in Georgetown. The art street + lots of cute cafe’s around too.

A place to hang clothes etc in the room would have been great; but not the biggest issue.

The location of the property is great. The property itself is very quirky in terms of interior design.

The hotel is listed as a 4-star property but none of the service I experienced was 4-star. I stayed in one of the suites with free-standing bathtub but there was water damage and mould on the ceiling and walls. The plumbing was a nightmare, the toilet clogged up after every use which caused a smell in the whole room as there is no door to separate the bathroom from the rest of the room. After having a shower, the water would take a very long time to drain. The water for the bathtub did not get warm enough to actually have a bath. The room was not serviced during the stay. It was impossible to open the windows as there was a strong smell coming in from nearby restaurants, a mix of rancid oil and the typical street food vendor cleaning water. The property also charged me 100RM more upon check in than advertised on booking.com due to taxes and service charge. Overall, I spent nearly 600RM for two nights and did not get my money worth at all. Disappointing.

The hotel is located in a prime area but doesn't feel too busy. Easy access to shops, cafes and public parks. Room is not too bad for few nights, nice simple design. Shower has amenities including dental kit, shampoo and shower gel.

Staffs at the reception weren't 'very' friendly. They're helpful if you need any assistance but not so welcoming. Drinking water and cleaning service doesn't provide unless you ask for it. Bathroom needs a shower curtain.

Interesting design in the room

The rooms were clean, very confortable and the staff was amazing. High quality rooms there was even a bathub inside tge roim infront our bed i live it so much. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever.
