Perfect for our needs, everything worked and was clean. Staff were attentive and polite. Free car park at rear was useful.

Not great, room stank of air freshener that is automatically dispensed in the bathroom, gross smell, gave me a headache and I couldn’t sleep. Also cheap bedding and very uncomfortable mattress

We thought the actual hotel was fine, it was easy to find, there was plenty of free parking available and the members of staff we met were most helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom sink was almost blocked but we mentioned it to reception and I got the clear impression they would deal with it immediately! We only stayed one night but would stay again if we were in the area.

The Hotel is very clean and in a good quiet location. The rooms are comfortable with all amenities. The front office was mannes by Mike, a warm and super professional that explained in détail the options one had from drinks to food, what one can do. Christina went out of her way to look after me and my stay was lovely! The breakfast and cooked fresh for me was immense and delicious! The service was impeccable!

Far from the town and no free breakfast.

It’s my hotel of choice in Stratford. Covid kept me away for a bit but glad to be back. Breakfast, which used to be an attraction, while still good, is not what it was…A bit prepacked, which is against the ethos of the place.

We have stayed before, it's a great location with an easy 20 minute to half an hour walk from central Stratford . Lovely building , easy parking and lovely helpful staff. The full breakfast is particularly good too should you choose to have it. A big thank you to Christina the Manager who went over and above.

On average ok, cobwebs on window and tiles by shower were mouldy.

This was a lovely friendly hotel, very comfortable and room was a good size. All staff were really helpful and made us very welcome. Would definitely return.

Pleasant though parts need updating bathroom could do with reseal area's had mold on and carpet stains was OK for passing on journey and needed rest

Friendly staff, very clean room and hotel, easy to park as have own car park at back, nice patio area to use. Was about 30 min walk to town and just one road so easy to find. Local pub and restaurants close by. Continental breakfast ok. Would stay again.

The hotel is fine, the bed is comfortable, they have a nice outdoor area, breakfast and wifi connection are decent, iron and iron board are provided in the corridor for anyone to take to their room, I appreciated the coffee and the biscuits in the room, so all in all, for my travelling style, I would come back again Having said that I must point out the aspect needing improvement as I heard other customers being set off by those 1st and most annoying, the absence of anyone in the hotel. Yesterday for example from 0500 to 0730 pm there was no one in the hotel that could answer questions or serve drinks. There is only a number to call in case of need and a couple was answered there was no one in the hotel and the bar was closed. We are talking about a hotel (and restaurant...) not exactly cheap and not exactly close to anything so they need to provide for their guests because not everyone wants to take the car and drive to the city. If for any (wrong) reason, you don't want to man the post, fill the mini bar with drinks every day and bill the customers at checkout. Something that affected me was that breakfast is served from 0800 to 0930; now I don't know if all their customers are on holidays and have no schedule whatsoever, but as a businessman I don't always have the luxury of starting my day at 0830/0900 so breakfast need to be served from 0630, maximum 0700 on Also, in case someone needs to leave early, to-go breakfast options need to be available.

Received a text on the morning of arrival- staff problems, no receptionist so hotel door will be open and key in room door. No breakfast being supplied so a small refund. Room not serviced on 2nd day, no teabags, milk not refreshed, bed unmade. No staff seen at anytime in our staff.

Wasn't quite what I was expecting for the price. Dated room, below average bathroom and terrible continental breakfast. No atmosphere in the place whatsoever. Not so much a hotel, more air b&b. Here's your room and hers your key kind of place

I had a really good stay at the Stratford Limes. Only one night but very friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room with all you could need for a stay. The price paid vs what was provided was really good.
