Our stay was great! Wonderful customer service, very helpful overall we would stay again.

Hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room. My only complaint was it got very hot throughout the night other than that it was great! Also a great location near good restaurants

Best hotels.com place. We have stayed in several TownePlace Suites by Marriott but THIS ONE….is the very best. We loved it and will definitely return to this specific one in Abilene.

Property was extremely clean

The hotel is nice and quiet. I loved that you couldn’t hear any at night . I also like the kitchenette.

We had been traveling for 10 hours had some food warm up to eat, microwave didnt qork had to use pans and stove. Sheets where a mess, remote didnt work ac was extremely noisy. Breakfast bar was out if most things, Just not what we expected from a property like this. It was late we were beat so we let it go.

Staff was friendly and helpful. As a tired traveler, I wish you had a full service restaurant, but Rob {our bartender) was great!

I liked the amenities they offer in the room , I didn’t stay long enough to use them but it was nice they were there if needed. I loved how roomy the rooms were and very clean

Water would be turned off the next morning at 10 am. Staff was great.

Hotel staff was friendly, and room was clean. However, when we came for check in, we had to wait almost 45 minutes on a room to get cleaned. Then our key no longer worked 30 minutes prior to check out at noon.

Property was great.

Was a nice stay. There are bbq grills in the courtyard if you wanna cook yourself. Highly recommend as I tried a few places for a ribeye. For what they cost you can grill yourself a feast! Quiet. And quick access to main roads.

When I booked the room it made me use a debit card , it said “ won’t be charged “ when I arrived to the hotel Tina asked me what card to use and I wanted to use our credit card as this was a military move, she ran it but it put a $250 hold on both cards and I was given zero explanation, the neighbors above us were up and stomping the entire night , jumping from the bed to the floor until 11 when we called and complained, we drove 12 hrs there with 5 children trying to sleep, she said she would talk to them, 10 min later noise didn’t stop and it was darn near midnight, scaled back and she said she can’t do anything about it, went downstairs to talk in person and that guy just happened to be there, he got aggressive with me and my friend right in front of them and the staff stood there and did nothing, 2 females , 5 kids, from SC driving to Arizona , and felt completely unsafe there, will put this place on the do not stay during PCS moves page as we shouldn’t have had to deal with this.

Construction going on at Convention center directly connected next hotel.

Apparently I chose a room with a king bed instead of 2 beds when I made the reservation online. In spite of the chaos caused by a bad storm, the staff was able to get us to the correct room.

Good area easy to get around safe and quiet. The room smelled a little musky but not bad
