The room looked nice when we entered. But, after looking around. The desk chair was very dirty, dried food on it. The ironing board cover Disscusting we has to use towel on it. And, that phone in the room must have Never been Cleaned. We only stayed one night thankfully. The front desk people were very nice.

From check to check out the service was good and the people were helpful.
The room was comfortable and clean.
My suggestion is to have some tour/activities info in the room.

Great location near airport. Decent complimentary breakfast. Coffee was actually delicious. Room was spacious and bed and pillows were comfortable. No complaints!

Came into town for a sorority event. Property was around 10 minutes away from the convention center. Check in was relatively easy and the room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I could say that I was unhappy about was the microwave was filthy with burnt cheese on the glass carousel that smelled bad. There was a lot of burnt cheese.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. They even provided a travel play pen for us which was very convenient. The only downfall was the location. Not surrounded by much to do besides the grocery stores.

Stayed one night as I was flying out of GSP very early in the morning! Very nice place! My room was great, and a comfy bed! Front desk gal was awesome! Super friendly and helpful!
I wish I could remember her name, to give her a shout out!! Would definitely stay there again!

The staff was so nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. We didn’t use the pool because it was very small but we were mostly out doing things so it wasn’t a big deal

The Front Desk was very helpful when I arrived. The check in was quick and simple as was the checkout process. The breakfast offered was adequate. The food matched the hotel’s price point and was decent. Having a separate bar of soap for handwashing and the shower could have been included in the bathroom. Overall a good hotel 4.7/5.0

We had a room with a sofa bd, which we needed to use, however there was no bedding provided beyond a sheet. Called down for a blanket and pillow and was told not a problem. After 30 minutes ( with a sleepy child waiting) I called again and was told that I needed to come down to front desk and get it. Would have liked being told that from the beginning, and when I went to pick it up, desk clerk came from behind a partition and he had a mouth full of food !! Not good.

Overall good stay. Staff was super nice and welcoming. Opportunities were that breakfast options not great. Hallways were super hot and it was very humid. Room was the same way until we got it cooled down. Summer in the south is brutal!

I have loved Hampton Inn and Suites, and thus one was no exception. From my first interaction when I called for a shuttle from the airport, to the delicious breakfast, to the helpful and friendly staff, to the sitting area out back, to how comfortable the pillows were, to the room itself, every single bit was wonderful.

Nice, clean, and easy to get in and out of on a corner. The pool area looked nice, the breakfast was hot and plentiful with an attendant restocking and cleaning throughout the morning. Plenty of seating. Room was clean and comfy.
