Stayed one night at the Diamond Bay Hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Great location right across from the sea and beach. Lots of shopping and restaurant options to choose from. Buffet breakfast was included in the price and it had a nice selection.

Good hotel for the money.

Generally nice 4 star type hotel but no hot water available so i rank it a 3 star hotel, not as good as some other hotels on the street. Great view though and nice employees.

Stayed as a birthday treat with my sister, and we enjoyed every minute! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink and check-in was efficient. The lobby was impressive, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Our room was even better, we were upgraded and given twin beds as requested, on the 18th floor with a great view of the city and beach! They even had a complimentary fruit bowl waiting for us. The room itself was modern and super spacious, had everything you needed and the bathroom had both a huge bath and a high-powered shower which was a godsend after long days exploring!Make sure you take advantage of the outside pool and hot-tub too! There is a wonderful view from there and it was empty every time we went so you dont need to fight for a spot. As well there is a huge gym and classes guests can take.The most important part i must mention is the staff at Diamond Bay Hotel, they are AMAZING!! We had a mishap at the beginning of our trip, and special thanks to Mr. Duc Nguyen was attentive enough to inquire if anything was wrong; after we had explained he got the manager involved and they managed to track down the company and got us our belongings back within a day! Thats real customer service! Everyone was super friendly and helping us with directions and booking tickets to Vinpearl Land. As well the manager personally delivered a birthday cake to us, so lovely!Overall a GREAT stay so Thank you DBH we will definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful hotel located next to the town center and is beach front

paid extra but still very little ocean view!

Hotel is in a good location and the service levels of the staff is very good. This was our 2nd stay here and the hotel seems to be trending downwards. There were several little issues that happened. Whether it was housekeeping, no beach services, ( on a beautiful day), or the breakfast buffet being below average, it felt like we had to deal with items on a regular basis.

Hotel is in good location in Nha Trangista beach, not close to restaurants but close to mall. Hotel rooms are good size but dirty and will smell of smoking inside even we booked non-smoking room. There is excellent gym at the hotel and nice pool, also good breakfast. Biggest problem in this hotel is that front desk service is super bad, their English skill is almost none and they are not willing to help you. ("Customer is always right" attitude is totally missing from this hotel). Basically facilities are OK but due to bad customer service I can not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel with reasonable price, reception and bell desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast is great. Although we only stayed for one night, still had a remarkable experience.

Dated, dirty, found bugs and caterpillar in bathroom. Leaking water from roof advised upon checkin and was never fixed.

Beautiful room. Stunning views. Absolutely amazing staff so friendly and professional. However the shower didnt work properly (90% of water shot out the side. Had to use handheld sprayer. Carpet and sofa were stained and dirty. But apart from that it was breathtaking!

Room carpet should be changed, essentials needed in the room like a bottle opener and some staff use of English limited. Good value for money tho.

Just a minute to walk to the beach. Excellent room services, staffs, and buffet. Highly recommended.

Hotel is ok but very boring nothing to do at night .food is bevy expensive and no good, dont eat there .breakfast ok.check in check out slow because staff have no experience

Great location of hotel, polite and helpful staff, always willing to help out where possible. We had a room upgrade on arrival with was a nice surprise. Tours were easily organised by staff with offer to transfer with a private car for about 4x the price of a taxi, would recommend sticking with taxis if your confident and save some money. Otherwise a brilliant experience and will return :)

My girlfriend and i reached abit early at 7am. The hotel was very kind to upgrade us from club suite to executive suite plus early check in. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Worth every penny we pay for our short stay. Definitely will return next time we are back in Vietnam .

The hotel was really great, but we also had a big room with a really nice view over the ocean. It was clean, friendly personnel. Downside = breakfast. The selection was OK but too Chinese style for my taste. Good access to the shopping mall, but a bit far to the smaller streets.
