I truly enjoy my stay. The property was beautiful and the staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast didn’t disappoint. I would not hesitate to pick this hotel again when staying in Chiang Mai.

Our room was a bit dated and there was a musty smell that we believe was from the open wooden flat shower floor. The hotel was under construction which was not revealed on the booking or website. Otherwise it was very nice.

This a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. A shame we were not told about the renovations to, what will be, a fabulous restaurant on the river. Lighting in the bathrooms was inadequate for shaving and makeup. No full length mirror! But a great place to be based with lovely staff and excellent breakfasts! Would recommend and would stay again.

We were in transit and only stayed for one night. Our highlight was meeting Geo who picked us up and checked us in. He was an absolute delight! Regarding the property, the rooms are small and dated, but the spa services and general staff were excellent.

The Na Nirand is a beautiful hotel with great service. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The staff are very attentive, the helped us book our excursions and our travel. The room was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Very nice and small resort. Staff and Rooms are lovely but also very tiny. Very good breakfast. But VERY VERY bad wlan connection. Unusable so we had to switch to our mobile connection. For a hotel in this category this should not be the standard. Unfortunatly there was a construction site on the property (11/2023) so the area on the river (breakfast!) was closed. Sad - but not very loud. Great location at the river and a little bit away from the tourists. So very calm in the night. Finally - all good.

The resort’s gem really is the staff, they are absolutely wonderful and attentive! You will be in good hands with the team at Na Nirand. Do note that they are currently renovating their riverside restaurant, breakfast is at their Thai rice barn restaurant with equally lovely seating and river views. Current renovations are happening on weekdays only (weekends were quiet). The noise is only intrusive if you intend to stay in your hotel room during working hours on the weekdays. Otherwise you will be unaffected by the necessary renovations to keep this gem shining!

An oasis in the middle of a bustling city

Lovely boutique hotel in great location with a very friendly and attentive team

Unfortunately this was NOT a good time. We have stayed here before and had a great experience. This was the opposite. I booked the same room type as last time which was a pool side suite. This time I was taken to the third floor in a room no where near the River and a completely obstructed view. I paid over $1,500 USD to upgrade to a Riverside suite but had to vacate due to the suite not being available for 1 night of our 6 night booking. Reception staff was really super fake and didn’t do much to accommodate this returning customer. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The restaurant is currently under demolition and reconstruction. There will be very loud construction noise to deal with while you’re trying to relax by the pool during the day. We weren’t informed of this until our arrival. ALSO IMPORTANT: Their trademark beautiful tree is dying from some sort of fungal infection. No beautiful pics to be had here!

Wonderful resort! The room was cozy and ice cold. I loved the breakfast buffet every morning and the pool was so refreshing after a long day out. The staff are all amazing and attentive. Do not hesitate to stay at this oasis in Chiang Mai.

Absolutely top notch. Superb room, great decor, impeccable service, great food. They were doing renovation on a part of the facility and they handled it perfectly, it didn't bother me. I wish I could have spent more time at the hotel :). I am planning on coming back for another stay.

Very nice hotel and staff. Very nice decoration. Very good breakfast and restaurant. The only things that could be improved are : the rooms sound proofing (you can here the staff sweeping in the hallways at 7am for a very long time…) and you can’t have a drink at the bar when it’s raining. Apart from that everything is perfect!

All was good except no GYM.... we reviewed the hotel on TripAdviser which says there is a gym. so we booked it on hotels.com hotels.com is correct but did not review it on their.. so we checked out early /swiched hotels since we do work out often ... was hoping for just a little $ back.. nope.. nice place .. but not for us. Overall the staff were great on everyhing thing else.. nice restauant .. breakfast.. was ok . My wife went earlier then me and claims i messed some part of the buffet.. did not see it all.

Stunning. From start to end the whole stay was incredible. The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely. The edible treats and fruit left by the staff each day were a great touch. The levels of service at Na Nirand are second to none. I would 100% stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the Na Nirand. The staff were lovely, the pool was beautiful, the beds were insanely comfortable. And the setting of the restaurant was stunning.

What a superb place to stay. It was so clean and tranquil with excellent staff. Dining was very good too.

Good hotel lovely grounds which are well maintained. Restaurant did delicious food, the best I’ve had in Thailand. Unfortunately disappointing that guests are charged service charge for each order - dinner, drink, snacks - service on top. I understand if you are an outside guests but feels unreasonable for hotel guests, this is why I cannot score the top end. Would have liked more towels in the room and a bigger sized room, too small for two adults and luggage

Such a wonderful and friendly staff. Breakfast was great, massage very good, staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, we very much appreciate everyone there.

Best hotel I ever stay for the price. Great rooms, beautiful property areas especially the pool, very nice staff & service, people always very helpful; excellent and delish food at the restaurant and very good drinks.

All the staff are very kind and professional. The hotel is perfect in terms of room comfort and delicious breakfast. The location is also very convenient. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again when I travel to Chiang Mai next time.

This hotel is all-around spectacular. Rooms are large, luxurious, and very private, the service is just amazing (Geo, Top, Dalyne, Deo, and Fluk were so attentive and kind), and that pool is one of my favorites anywhere. With its private and shady nooks, you almost feel like you have your own space. Cocktails are delicious too, and always presented beautifully. Highly recommended all around!

Beautiful property

The rooms were charming and the place is quiet and beautiful. The hotel dining room has indoor and outdoor seating on the river. The hotel has lovely little areas to sit comfortably inside and outside the room. The food service offered by the hotel was excellent.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Good location away from the hustle & bustle. You can walk or take a short ride (Grab) into the main area. Hotel is nice and quiet - not many people using the pool. The buffet breakfast was tasty highly recommend since there isn’t restaurants right outside the hotel. Airport is a quick drive ~ 15 mins.
