I like everything Conrad Osaka is best hotel in Osaka

My girlfriend and I stayed at Conrad Osaka for a couple of nights. The hotel is beautiful and its staff were attentive and kind, especially Hoshizaki Airi-san. Her warmth and dedication to helping us and other guests must be commended. Our room was spacious and clean. However, the toiletries were not as good as other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo and Kyoto, and the bathtub would have been better for us if it was longer, not wider. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided were subpar compared to competitors. They were highly perfumed and was a turnoff for us. However, overall, Conrad Osaka is a fine place to stay and take in skyline views of the city. If the hotel would improve on some of the minute details in the room, it would border on perfection. We will gladly stay there again in the future but have alternative shower and bath amenities with us.

The beds are extremely hard. They would not provide cleaning services daily for the price we paid for this hotel. The service and staff were awful. Extremely pushy and rude. For the price of this hotel the service deserves a 1 star. We travelled all across Asia in 5 star hotels and this service was the worst.

I was Conrad Osaka in 2017 and this time is my 2nd stay. The hotel maintenance is outstanding for such a long time. The breakfast of my 4 nights stay also great with food quality and staff service.

Best hotel in Osaka. The views from the bar and room are incredible. Felt so relaxed at this hotel as we checked in and went right to afternoon tea. The service is a little lacking at the bar but the view is worth it and the service throughout the rest of the hotel is amazing.

It was a great experience, the staff was nice, the room was clean, everything was good. Though if the buffet can include more food choices that'd be great.

Amazing hotel, with wonderful staff, they looked after our every need. The room was well designed and the access to the station made it ideal for getting around Osaka

everything was good except that sometimes they lack of staffs at the front desk and you have to wait for the check in . Also buffet breakfast is not up to standard

It is my first time to spend 3 hours to check-in. Charge me smoking fee in the situation which is nobody told me it is a smoking room. The manager lie to her customers

The view of this hotel is magnificent. All the staff were very friendly and can even remember our names. Food is also excellent. Efficient room service, great concierge arrangement and excellent in cleanliness. Overall - a magnificent hotel.
