Older hotel bathroom needs to be regrouted. Rain shower head in bathroom. Bathroom drainage is not great. Coffee maker broken. Outside light always on so no blackout for sleep Pool closes at 7pm. Will never change me back but the free breakfast was great

The breakfast was awesome …the guard at the door was great ,one couldn’t ask for a better person ..so if one stays here ,please give her a tip ..big smiles and very friendly and helpful …only down side ,the rooms don’t have wash cloths or face towels ..other than that it’s a good place to stay

Great place to stay.

I have never had such a poor experience at a hotel in my entire life and traveling to over 15 different countries. Avoid this place at all costs it is no mistake why the place is rated so poorly. Management should be fired immediately or this place will probably go out of business in the near future.

Breakfast service was inattentive, staff parking in garage took to regard for guests, most staff were very good with the previous being the exception.

The hotel was closed despite having listed as availibility on the internet. It was a pain in the ass trying to get my money refunded.

The room is nice. There is a wait staff in the breakfast area that is very helpful and accommodating. The front desk was chaotic. Too many people behind the reception area. I think they are training the staff? But overall it was good. The pool is nice addition to the hotel.

Not so busy area but easily accessible to other firm of transportation. Decent breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff.

messed up our reservations. we were forced to check out co they said the next guest is waiting for the room even though we have reserved the rooms for late check out just because they messed up and mixed up our room reservation. not considering that we had pre nuptial preparations for the bride. we were still taking official pictures and videos when we were asked to leave RIGHT AWAY! not to mention we reserved 8 rooms for our bridal party, fashion designer, bridal room, and other guests for the wedding. they were so inconsiderate and wasnt able to solve their problems on their own. i was helping them arrange the rooms coz they were not flexible enough considering that when they messed up our rooms, it wasnt even our fault. it was a miscommunication between their staff and they were not able to get the instructions given by our wedding planner.

Room cleaners were really good.

over priced for airport shuttle 400 peso, tricycle only 100 peso. lost the room card, you got to pay 1000 peso. do not try massage in the hotel, no good. I recommend Original Nature Spa, it is nice, just turn right from the hotel, on the same street, walking 2 minutes. good house keeping and the doorbell boy

When I booked this hotel, I was already hesitant because of the reviews. It’s supposed to be a wedding gift to my cousin and she’s the one who insisted about this hotel that’s supposed to be new and nice. The staff was accommodating, but the room was overrated. The bedsheets was wrinkled and presentable impressive. My cousin woke up in the middle of the night with the sound and spark in the ac cord that forced her to turned off the ac. It was really such a bad experience and embarrassing. Don’t be fooled by the pictures posted on the internet. Looks good but it actually looked old and not well kept.

Ideal location for downtown and beach , walking distance

The conditions were average but the location was outside of the city. The shower was terrible for one of the highest priced hotels in the area. At the end of my stay, I asked for a ride to the airport (6 minutes away). I was told that airport pickup was free. Airport return was 400 pesos. Deceitful. I won't stay again for this reason. I took a trike. 10 pesos.

I checked in late in the afternoon and had to wait 25 minutes for my room to be ready and this after I booked on line and paid in advance! I stYed two nights and there was no attempt to clean my room and supply fresh towels and there was virtually no housekeeping staff to be seen. The beds are very small and would not accommodate my sic foot frame. I have stayed at all the nicer hotels in dumaguete and this hotel is more expensive than most but just does not deliver on the service piece.

Friendly staff, clean room, one of my better stays in the city. Was convent to the downtown and places I needed to go.
