Excellent hotel! The staff was very friendly. Our room was excellent! The hotel went out of their way to make sure that we had a wonderful stay.

It’s very close to two tram lines so you can get to the center of Amsterdam in aprox 30 minutes. However the walls in the room were dirty, the mattress is old and the comforter had hairs when we got there. Will try somewhere else next time.

Arrived in amsterdam frim dfds ferry was advertised as 3.2 km from centre thats why i booked only to find out it was 7.6 km and a 20 euro raxi ride tram is 4 minute walk and takes 30 mins to get to central station all in all roims wernt ckeaned from previous occupancy hairs in bed and cotton buds left on floir in bathroim but had comfortable beds a feidge coffee machine and great shiwer

First night in the room was good, was clean and in a good location. Was not happy when on 2 of the days we was woken up by very loud drilling above our room that went on for hours, with no warning there would be any kind of work done. No consideration for the comfort of paying guests I believe no one should’ve been booked into any of the rooms around that area so was overall disappointed.

Great hotel, clean and bed was brilliant! Staff was positive and always helpful! Only downside is the location but trams goes right infront of the hotel.

Far from Amsterdam central but good for the price and the rooms were clean but beds not that comfy. Couldn’t open our windows which was annoying but very handy having vending machines and coffee for snacks.

Everyone who worked there was super nice and extremely helpful with a lot of questions. My only complaints were with housekeeping staff. They would start cleaning rooms super early in the morning, and they were always extremely loud. They were constantly talking to other coworkers very loud, and made a lot of noise carrying things/cleaning other rooms. Interrupted sleep effected my plans on my vacation. The one day I did not have the sign up so that they could clean, I still had trash on the floor, and they did not change the bedding. While I understand this is a big hotel and they have to start early to clean rooms, they should also be more considerate with how loud they talk in hallways regardless.

Its pretty far from the city center but the rooms are decent sized and come with a fridge and coffee/tea maker. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants to choose from

Honestly couldn’t fault the hotel at all it was spotless,room cleaned daily,breakfast was nice and fresh,perfect area getting too and from airport and Dan square and lots of eateries and shopping cent plus markets.staff was friendly and extremely helpful.would definitely stay again and would recommend

A hotel w parking. Very rear here in Amsterdam. Very good customer service and very close to rhe bus stop to go to the city.

Excellent staff. Arrived early and the lady manager kindly helped us with early check in. Room was quiet, nespresso machine was great, housekeeping was courteous. Location is good with many public transport nearby. Will stay here again!

I logged in on September 14th. On September 15, our drinks were stolen from the refrigerator. I told this to the reception. They haven't cleaned the room for 4 days. They do not provide paper cups and hand soap. I told this to the reception and got into a fight with them. They said they would clean the entire room in the morning. We left the room in the morning. When we came to the room in the evening, as you can see in the attached photos, no one came to the room. Nobody cleaned the room or took out the trash. They have terrible service. They have a terrible cleaning staff. Terrible hotel. I shared these photos all over social media and the next morning they finally cleaned the room. Just when I thought everything was fine and I was about to check out of the hotel the next day, this time I got into a fight with the thugs in the next room. That night they took four vagabonds to the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, but they started smoking drugs and shouting. It's 23:30 at night. I called the reception and asked him to come. At that moment, I saw the people next to me go out into the corridor. And I went out and warned these people. I told the person at the reception to call the police if the noise continued. Then I said that I wanted to talk to the authorized person at the hotel. He said he was the only one in the hotel. In a hotel with hundreds of rooms, there was only 1 person. No security, no other staff in case of an emergency, no shift manager!

Lots of trash and cigarette butts around area of hotel. Hotel itself was not bad. Poor lighting in bathroom and slippery tub.

Good to spend a couple of days, friendly staff, reasonable distance to the center, big rooms, quiet, comfortable enough beds, lots of good Turkish shops around.

Transport links to and from Airport and city centre good, Tv channels seemed a bit limited and did not like that windows in the room did not open, would also have liked a kettle to make a cup of tea, But overall a good a good stay and would use again. Thanks

The hotel was in an ideal location for transport, with multiple transports being within a couple minutes walk with many options for food in the nearby area, all staff were extremely friendly and were ready to help at a moments notice. However the coffee machine in our room leaked water when we used it, and we found food under our beds when we arrived as if the room had not been cleaned properly.

we had a great time here, the room was great and had a nice tv with some british channels, the shower was good and everything was pretty clean. We got a ground floor room but it wasnt even that noisy so we werent fussed. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the tram stop and it takes about 30 mins to get into the centre! u can just tap ur card on the tram as well. Overall we had a great time !!

Everything was good… but it is not very close to city center as mentioned… also price we got was quite on the higher side

We went to a festival which was excellent. Where we stayed was in a great location as it was only 15 mins in an uber. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay for a city trip to amsterdam. Very cheap parking opportunity
