The hotel was very clean & smelled clean. It was a great stay , 10 minutes from everything . The only complaint was no kind of shade at pool area. Not even umbrellas.

Nicely appointed hotel and room. Large business, breakfast and lounge area. Hallways were well lit and whole hotel felt updated and well maintained. Very nice breakfast with wide variety of choices as well as hot food selections. Also very close to Casinos.

THE BATHROOM SINK WAS STOPPED UP, THERE WERE DEAD BUGS & SPIDER WEBS ON THE AC UNIT, THERE WAS HAIR ON THE BATHROOM TOILET & FLOOR, THE CURTAINS WERE DIRTY, THE CARPET NEEDED TO BE REVACCUMED, NO HOT WATER IN BATHROOM SINK, HALLWAY OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM WAS DIRTY

There wasn't a hot breakfast (eggs etc.) because their oven was not working they said. That was one of the reasons I booked there.

Disappointed with my stay in this hotel. Thank God it was just one night. They had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows , even my kids suggested that we just sleep in the car. AC was noisy in the room . My The pool was dirty. The all - cold breakfast offerings was very minimal.
I love that they have Coffee and hot chocolate available at the lobby 24 hours. Staff are not friendly and welcoming.

Came into town for a family funeral with my husband. Booked the room online for a double queen but when we arrived they said there were none available and it had booked in error. They apologized appropriately and put us in a nice king on an upper floor away from the elevator as requested. The next morning a large baseball group must have wiped out the breakfast because it was a hot mess and there wasn't anything left for us. Also only one of the two elevators were working. Thankfully we were okay with using the stairs.
All in all we would stay there again because it was comfortable, convenient and the front desk service handled the situation as best as they could.

I was very disappointed with our stay at this location. The bathroom was dirty, the shower had long strands of hair in it. The floor was full of stains. And the worst part of it all, was that the air conditioning did not work. The thermostat did not work, it read 78 degrees. I did reach out to the front desk rep, she stated there was nothing she could do.

Swimming pool was filthy. Wanted to swim when arrived but saw the pool and wouldn’t go in it. Absolutely unforgivable condition. Want a refund it was so bad.

Toilet seat was broken. No cups for coffee. Called and asked for a blanket at 3pm and at 11pm still didn’t have a blanket, called the front desk and we had to go down and get a blanket. No bacon at breakfast ( was told they would have bacon the next day).

The breakfast was great. Our suite was clean and even smelled clean.
But, the walls may be thin. From midnight until leaving at 9 am, we heard all the thumps, bumps, drawers closing, and conversation as we sat in bed from the neighboring room.
For hours, we even heard a vibrating which we realized was the phone on the nightstand table from 5 am to 6:30 am also from the neighboring room.
Because of this, we didn’t much rest.

I loved that it offered complementary toiletries.
It was close to grocery stores and restaurants, and their breakfast was one of the best I’ve had!

Customer service was great but the hotel overall was not very clean. We had to change rooms from our original room because of a bug issue. When I requested a change the front desk was very apologetic and switched us immediately without question though. The hotel overall was not very clean though…stained bedding and what appeared to be bloodstains on the curtains in our first room. The floors in the hallways needed to be vacuumed also but we did come in during the evening so maybe that was why.

I was on call and had to stay overnight for my job last minute. It was so happy to get the first room by the front desk on the first floor. It was very convenient to food and was very safe. Everything in the room was very clean. The A/C worked great.

Hotel was great. clean room, nice updated hotel, good breakfast. Great location close to casinos and good dining near by. Besides limited parking, Hotel front desk staff was the only negative. staff seemed like they rather be somewhere else, or did not pay attention to detail when checking in. Tried to make me repay for a room already prepaid online for.
