There is ants everywhere in the room

The hotel is good for the price but it needs upgrading in its cleanliness. The blanket was stained although the floor and toilet is reasonably clean. McDonald for some reason do not deliver to the hotel area despite it being quite close. So you need to go out to eat. Not good if you do not have vehicle to move about.

alot of ants and bugs, blanket still got mark of lipstick and dirty, not sure whether the blanket change before next check in.

It is an accommodation option with affordable price, but does not mean the Management team can ignore the overall maintenance and cleanliness 1. Service - we were made to wait even though there was another person sitting at the front desk, while another one was busy helping another group to check in. The person was sitting there with phone and could not bother to greet us - towel is not made available when we check in after 230pm, we were told the laundry delivery is late2. Cleanliness - Bed sheet, comforter, pillow cases are dirty, full of stains, at one glance when we entered the room, we did not notice the stains, until we flip the comforter and we found there were stains all over the inner layer of the comforter (facing the bed), bed sheet and all of the pillows are dirtyit seems like whoever cleaning the room left the comforter with stains on purpose and with intention to hide it away by placing the dirty side facing down - Toilet - water pipe from the water heater is covered with dust - Basin - rust stain is around the bottom of the basin, and we spot rubbish hidden underneath / behind the basin. 3. Poor noise insulation

The place was value for money. Since its still new, it might still need some improvement. Staffs were nice too. Nice place to stay if you have events to do at Unimas, UiTM or IPG. 1 of the nearest place for stay in Kota Samarahan.
