Very friendly staff

A clean and tidy hotel in a convenient location for visiting the city. A 15 minute walk puts you in the historic centre with Grote Markt and Groen Plaats easily accessible. The hotel breakfast offers a fair selection, although occasionally plates and mugs need replenishing a little more frequently. Our room was immaculately clean, had everything we needed (with the possible exception of a fridge). Beds were fairly comfortable if a little firm, although the air conditioning didn't seem to be doing anything useful as when set to 19C, it got no cooler than 22C and was 23.5C when going to sleep. Not a problem, but a nice addition would be some USB sockets near the beds. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at the reception were lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed the variety in the breakfast buffet and the staff was very efficient—even being able to take care of everything despite working alone at the front.

I miss small spoons (eating eggs).Its better to get Breakfast at 8 o clock am , because after it is crowded and not all personal can handle it with the used dishes etc.. The personal it is very friendly und helpfull. The rooms are really clean. The hotel is directly in front of the central station, you only have to cross one street. The tram-/ metrostation is nearby, also the bus station (1 day ticket 6,50 €, 3 days ticket 15 €).

The location is great, right next to the railway station. Breakfast was good and the city landmarks were within walking distance.

Second visit here and we loved it both times. Great beds and breakfast and right in the center of Antwerp :-)

Great location next to Antwerpen-Centraal station. Several Tram/Metro/Bus stop directly in front of hotel, with a large variety of dining and shopping options. Make sure to visit the Chocolate Museum… it is fantastic!

With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer training program for hotel staff please. Definitely not coming back. Pay money and not getting equivalent respect.

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and welcoming. Location perfect. The family room was massive and the kids loved sitting at the big window watching the train station. Breakfast was well presented with good options. Parking wasn't very clear but we found another option which was close by and only 20Eu

Location (by train station) couldn’t have been better. Staff was very welcoming and helpful (especially Alfi). Breakfast was solid and gym had enough to get the job done. Room was the perfect size and all was clean. I was quite happy with my stay and would recommend to one and all visitors of Antwerp.

We started our trip in Copenhagen and arrived in Antwerp via Brussels. At this point, this hotel was the most upscale and modern. We loved the convenience being right across the street from the train station. After two noisier hotels, we welcomed being on the top floor and enjoyed the quiet, especially at night. Our room was big and able to accommodate our luggage. The bathroom was fully kitted with shampoos and other soaps, both in the shower and at the sink. Our only problem was that the glass panel on the shower did not stop the water from coming out. We had to use several towels to keep the water from flooding the entire bathroom which was a bit ridiculous. (Who designs and approves these things?) The breakfast buffet was fantastic and enjoyable. We were also grateful that the hotel had an umbrella rental machine because it rained heavily the first night we were there.

Great central location. Good breakfast as it included different options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was crisp clean and cleaning staff took care of it well. The only thing we wish we had in our room was a proper kitchenette with a stovetop and some utensils to complete the setup as we found it lacking. The instant coffee in the room was quite tasteless and can be better. Nearby parking is a bit of a walk around the block but for an electric vehicle there were good options around with charging stations. Otherwise everything was wonderful and would definitely recommend staying there.

Fast early check in . Hotel is conveniently located across the street from the train station which made the short visit easy. Hotel is very quiet considering the location. Easy walking to all the main sites , shoping and dinning.

Thank Mr Reginold's help, I booked when I checked in. Although I paid successfully in the App, the hotel did not have a room, and he helped me find an available room.

Front desk reception was extremely helpful. So is the gentleman at breakfast.

A short overnight stay here. Adjacent to train station which was perfect for our late arrival. Stella Artois on tap near check in area was nice. Friendly staff. Room with kitchen was huge and very comfortable. Good breakfast in the morning. Excellent hotel

Great location if you are coming into Antwerp Central. Rooms are a good size. Beds are comfortable. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is plentiful

Very convenient—right next to train station and within walking distance of the city center. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside is if you go one or two blocks over, you’ll have people trying to scam or pickpocket you, so just be careful!

Perfect hotel when visiting Antwerpen.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and well kept. My only complaint, and it is not the hotel's fault, is that the bus stop is right in front of the front door and when it rained everyone was standing in the overhang and it made it difficult to exit or enter the main level of the hotel.
