Very modern, clean, warm, nice bedding, informative staff.

I love the common space area and the dorm! Especially the curtains and individual plugs for each bed. I will definitely come back here next time. But, maybe the kitchen could add a kettle?

As much as a appreciate a clean facility the staff mopped the floors before check out time. This left the bathrooms useable as the floors and facilities were wet with residue. It would of been nice to have a list of amenities including in check in or listed upon arrival. The staff said hello upon arrival but did not introduce who she was I thought she was just another person staying there until she walked into the room labeled staff.

It was great. Exceeded my expectations for a hostel. Amenities around the hostel which is nice. Got to meet lots of wonderful people. Everyone that stayed was respectful of the space.

The cheapest hostel of the city, but theres a reason why... its far from the city center, its inside a commercial buiding, the service is rather poor (staff doesnt care, no welcoming,....), no towel included, you need to pay for it. Despite the curtains on bed, theres very little privacy, the place is small. Its noisy, the entrance is right next of the room I was and people were staying there speaking and laughing loudly (including a staff woman).... the living room was used by the staff as a dryer for bed linens (I never saw something like that before). The beds are very tired and noisy (everytime you move a little, it makes some noise), the bed linen doesnt even fit correctly the mattress in my case. Theres only two showers for all the people in that place...Maybe the only good part was the wifi that was working fairly well and was free at least.So yeah, it might be cheap but its worth the price, dont expect a better value for money than other places....

The check in is easy, the facilities are spotless, the common area is great for relaxing, and the staff is excellent. One of the best hostels I have ever been to. My only "complaint" would be that the bunks should be anchored to the ceiling as it tends to wobble a bit. Would most defiantly recommend this hostel.

Very nice, modern, good facilities. Curtains on the bed so that you can get some privacy, even though it's in a dorm.

The hostel was clean and cozy and had a great kitchen with all the facilities needed. They also had mirrors and blow dryers in the common area which was very practical. Would recommend!

Nice location because theres a grocery store and upscale bakery right around the corner. Guests were pretty sociable. Great if you know youre gonna be tired at the end of the day and will have no trouble falling asleep.

The bed sheets and pillows are in rather poor conditions and needs replacement, electrical outlet and and light on my private side didnt work but there is a greeting room with table that has a lot of outlets. They have free breakfast, good kitchen and cooking area. So overall my experience was just ok.

Suzan was a great host. The facility is neat and clean with very comfortable beds.

My first time in a hostel but felt right at home. The people there were so great and Susan was there for me when I needed her. With the window open I had a great comfortable sleep. They only bad thing i have to say was that it too me hours to find the place. If you take the gray line buses you can picked up and dropped off right at the door and avoid the trouble of finding the place.

I wasn’t allowed to check in to this hotel. There was no one working there and no o e would allow me inside. It was extremely hard to find and no one knew where it was. I ad to find other arrangements to sleep somewhere else. Stay away.
