All perfect, breakfast very good

This hotel was like an oasis in Dōtombori. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel itself has some great amenities, like free coffee from the lobby and a laundromat. Dōtombori is a lively place, so the room wasn’t always quiet but we expected this. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area

Very nice hotel right beside Shinsaibashi. Easy to go everywhere in Osaka because of the location.

We had a great stay for 9 nights at Hotel The Flag. The facilities, location, and staff were all exceptional. We also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast vouchers for use on our first morning.

Me and my girlfriend stayed two nights. Great location, clean, and polite staff. Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay for a few nights in Osaka.

Location is fantastic! Is just a few minutes walk from the station, with an ichiran outlet next to the hotel! Breakfast is not bad, though can't compare to a 5 star hotel, but they do have a decent variety! And the breakfast is towards western style. Love their toilet as well, it does not has a tub, so it is more spacious as compared to the traditional Japanese hotel with a tub in the toilet. They have laundry service and complementary drinks at the lobby. You will be in for a treat as a VIP member of expedia!

Nice more of a western style hotel, European breakfast was not good, lacking….Hotel has good laundry and tea/coffee/hot water area, close to nice shopping area, 7/11, and restaurants, arranges to have bags shipped before 11am….rain shower…rooms are small, lobby sitting area is uncomfortable

Well decorated and innovative boutique hotel. Could not recommend more. Rooms are simple and functional and lobby/communal areas are chic and accommodating. Location is in the heart of the scene.

We really enjoyed our time here and it was pretty spacious compared to many of the other properties we stayed at in Japan. The front desk staff were so helpful. They helped me ship a few items that we left at our previous hotel over. The staff were kind and patient. They even included a board that indicated the number of staff on site that day that spoke a specific language. The hotel is very modern and I felt reassured that only guests could enter the guest space as a room card was required to access certain floors. The area is super close to the Shinsaibashi shopping area, just minutes away from so many shops and about 10 mins from Dotonbori and so many other food options. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very Good

I cannot say enough about how great this hotel is. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and modern. There were plenty of spaces to lounge and work. Laundry facilities were excellent and there was a place to get both coffee and water. The best part about this hotel though is the staff. Friendly and helpful. This will be my hotel from now on in Osaka.

Good location

Cozy, modern, and clean. Bathroom was clean, we love the rain shower head. Bed was firm just the way we like it. Buffet breakfast was delicious and had many options. Convenient location. Hotel faces the alley, minutes from the bustling Dotonburi but within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and train stations. Easy access to Midosuji line to Shin-Osaka Station if you're using the Shinkansen. Customer service was top-notched. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our luggage shipped via Yamato service was already in our room when we arrived. Out of three hotels we stayed at in Japan, this hotel was the highlight. My adult children approved of The Flag and will book again for our next trip.

I loved this hotel, I was so sad to leave it. This is by far the best hotel I stayed at in Japan, the room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were so kind and had great English skills and the breakfast was incredible.

The hotel is a jem, it is situated close to lots of amazing food and shopping. The hotel staff are super friendly and amazing, they helped us with dinner reservations, storing a birthday cake for my daughter, and always greeted and asked us if we needed assistance when on the 2nd floor. The rooms are on the smaller side but the bed is huge and was easily able to fit a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Osaka.

The location is convenient, the environment is clean, and the staff is kind. It's just that the water pressure in the shower in the room is very low, making it difficult to take a shower. In-room supplies such as toothpaste are only changed every four days, and the supplies mentioned on the website, such as razors, are not provided. But overall it's an okay hotel.
