It’s ok for a short and cheap stay if you don’t expect high standards concerning the surrounding area, the facilities and the cleanliness of the room.

Cleanliness and smell of the room are the main issue of this hotel. There are smoke smell in the room. There are lots of stains on the wall. Bedsheet has yellow stain and so I slept on top of mattress. Early check in at 1 pm requires customer to per 10 dollars per hours . In other hotel, they allow checking in after 1 pm without any cost . Adding all these up, I prefer the I use that additional money spent to book a better hotel ! My first and will be my last time here .

Staff was nice and friendly. Room is clean and quiet. Hotel is well located and within walking distance to City Square and many eatery spots. Easy to take a grab to other parts to!

This property is a value accommodation. It has 24 front desk. Room was neat and tidy. This property has a water cooler which is quite good. Remember that you get what you paid for, and this is value for money. Feels like a safe place to rest at night.

Very noisy - all rooms open to atrium which is like a concrete well from lobby to top floor. All noises from any level of the hotel carry to every floor. Noisy both morning and night. There also seems to be a disco next door. Booming bass rhythm continues to 3 am on both Friday and Saturday nights. Windowless room was very small, very basic, somewhat damp and musty. They tried to put me in a windowless room in the basement of the hotel, but quickly agreed to move me to the 2nd floor when I protested

The hotel is ok for a short stay. We had a windowless basement room that I found claustrophobic. Few hotel services, no breakfast on premises but the nearby shopping mall has several restaurants and a food court.

Was being awake the whole night by the loud blasting music till 6am in the morning. Not sure does it happen bcos of the poor structure that the walls are too thin or the music were too loud. Literally my partner and i had a very sleepless night.

Stayed for one night with 3 children but its very memorable one. Rooms were very clean, although small but very spacious with simple and modern furniture arrangment, no clutters. Thumbs up!!

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Only problem was occasional floods in the toilet as the drain doesn't drain that fast. Nonetheless a pleasant stay

Construction noises from the building across went on ALL NIGHT. It was extremely inconvenient to walk to the hotel’s side of the street even though it seemed convenient and near the mall. The room floor felt dusty.

Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. Construction opposite the hotel was on going through out the night. It only stop when i was about to check out at 10am the next morning. Otherwise, room is clean.

Just that there were some bigger size ants randomly came out somewhere in the room; spotted on the floor and bathroom. Room 008.

Amazing new budget hotel, just right next to City Square mall (need to take the sheltered walkway beside Public Bank to access). Very accessible to the cafe stretch. Clean and comfortable rooms, toilet was fine. Late check-out option was also great. Only problem I think is the lack of soundproofing - there is some sort of club nearby that plays loud music until the early morning so we keep waking up at night.

Overall is good. I will give first priority if going to Johor for stay and good for recommand to friend and family.

The hotel location area is quiet, near to JB City Center, & mall. The TV channels is very clear, pillows are soft, restaurants are within walking distance, hot water dispensers are available in every floors.The staffs are very friendly and check-in very fast and smooth.
