It’s good but lacking some appliances like kettle and fridge

The place is nice looks new. comfortable and big enough. Good place for work. Biggest drawback is that it’s so noisy you can hear the conversation from outside the room. I hear the doors banging even late at night.

Stay at Hop Inn Hotel was very friendly and conveniently located to Alabang Town Center Mall

Just a shorr walk to Molito Mall and Alabang Town Center with a bargain price this hotel is a steal.

The toilets in ground floor had a very bad odor.

There were people/ visitors hanging out in the hallway late at night and were very loud at that.

For the price it was excellent. It was clean and looked like it was a new hotel. Definitely stay there again.

We arrived around 10pm after long day of traveling and stayed on 10th floor where hallway was very hot and room AC was not effective. We were given another room on same floor and same thing happened. It was hard to sleep in hot room.

I think it would be more convenient if there was a refrigerator that can make ice in the room.

Basin was clogged: AC drips water inside room; no coffee maker in room; nor lobby has one; guests are told to buy coffee at 7/11; no fridge in room.

Stayed here for 4 nights and they put me in 10th floor. AC was not cooling at all! I fell asleep because i was so tired from plane trip and I woke up sweating!! I asked to be transfered to a different room/floor as the guy who came to check the AC (called 2x to check the AC and still not cooling) he said that it is understandable for the rooms to be this hot because we were in 10th floor and that was the top of the building and it's summer. So should I be the one to adjust?? I was so frustrated and stressed out because I was also tired from my 28hr flight. Then they transfered me to 6th floor where it was a little bit cooler than the 1st room I was in. But it took about 2-3 days for the whole room to be cold. No toiletries, no microwave, no water heater for coffee, NOTHING.

Excellent place to stay for those who move around often while in the city.

I stayed here for 4 days and it was one of the best! The staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The location was close to grocery stores and shopping malls. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Hop Inn staff!

A very convenient location. Walking distance to Molito and ATC. All the restaurants are within walking distance also. Romulo resto is a few meters away. The staffs are very professional. Rooms are clean.

I had an amazing stay, the staffs are all respectful and attentive to our needs. The only minor thing that cause initial inconvenience is the lack of toiletries like soap and hair conditioner that you find usually in many hotels, though I have to mention that shampoo is provided. Also, no phone in the room as well as free coffee nor electric kettle for heating water, but this inconvenience is mitigated by using Viber to which their staff respond promptly to any messages.

It’s the shower room. The shower floor is not provided with non slip material to prevent any one from sliding and thus causing major injury.

Staff are friendly and respectful. Room is spotlessly clean. Shower room needs a door or a shower curtains. Air conditioner is leaking condensation water.

Besides it’s location, the staff’s efficiency in service and immediate reply to queries are most plausible! Filipino courtesy and hospitality at its best! 👍👍

Great for your budget quarantine stay. Staff was very accommodating and very helpful. The 7-Eleven at the base of the building was also very helpful. Although, the hotel doesn't provide free slippers, they were very accommodating in allowing delivery service to the room.
