Our room was very nice and breakfast had good hot food options not just waffles. But I was surprised when I looked over my check out receipt to see that we paid $15/night for parking. No where was it listed - just that parking was available and self park. Next time booking I will be looking for free parking - although the facility was nice I feel that's too high a price for parking.

Good property. Person in room next to us snored a lot, so my wife did not sleep well. Parking is nice, but it is $15 extra. Room has lots of charging options for electronics. Balcony is only a couple of feet deep, so it is not possible to sit there. My biggest complaint is there is not enough lighting in the rooms; no overhead lighting and only the bathroom is well-lit.

This property has so much to offer. It is a new hotel with spacious rooms, laundry facilities, full breakfast, and adjoining brew pub. The roof top pool is a perfect place to watch the sunset

When we arrived we were greeted with a note on the reception desk that said "be back soon". We waited 25 mins for a member of staff to show their face and they didn't even apologize for the wait. I did try to phone the hotel as I was standing in reception but I could actually hear the phone ring out. Where were all the staff ??? Absolutely unacceptable.

We stayed here after riding our tandem to Cayucos and back. We specifically wanted a place with a jacuzzi but it was out of service...The pool area was very nice and we lounged instead. The bath tub in our room was mounted poorly and creaked and popped like it was going to fail (I'm not large). Room was clean, staff was great and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had

The room was clean and quiet, within walking distance of great coffee shops. It's about 1 mile to campus, up a hill, so a little harder if you plan to walk around campus etc. But we enjoyed our stay and would stay again for sure.

Room was great. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check-in/check-out. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were broken (and dirty), which was a big reason why we booked this property. They also charge $15 a day for parking which we did not anticipate (no free street parking in the area).

The place was clean and well decorated. It was safe and easy to get to freeway. AC unit was incredibly loud and sounding like someone was pounding on the door every time it would start. Also, the toilet kept running all night.

Nice room size, casual pet policy and excellent breakfast. Walking distance to Cal Poly campus and close to a lot of restaurants, shops and beaches. Highly recommend hiking Pismo Preserve (15 minute drive) lots of trial options and beautiful views.

I stayed here for a wedding and it was the perfect location. About 15-20 minute walk to downtown SLO and/or a few minute Uber ride. I love the complimentary breakfast, I feel like a lot of hotels don't offer this anymore. The rooms are clean and staff always friendly. It is the most luxe hotel in SLO, no, but for the price and location you cant beat it!

All was great! Quiet, comfortable and very convenient and easy parking. That said, Shower head was average. Would like more water power and nozzle options. Would highly recommend this hotel to others traveling to or through SLO.

Clean. Down side is the bathroom is small to use the toilet ie whip your behind. Upstairs neighbors are loud. You can hear there foot steps and the hallways can be loud. Also you can hear neighbors going in and out of there room by the door constantly closing. I find that annoying. Basically saying the wall are thin. We would return to this franchise again. And recommend to others.

Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff that accomodated early checkin request. Clean room and very comfy bed. Awesome rooftop pool and views. Negatives: a bit pricey and not much conterspace or storage in bathroom. The refridgerator is in the clothes closet which limits hanging up long clothes items. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in SLO for the weekend…the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The elevator didn’t work the weekend that we stayed. The hotel does charge $15.00 for nightly parking. The hotel is not within walking distance to downtown SLO. It’s best to drive. So much to see, many restaurants and plenty of shops.

Stayed with the family and we enjoyed it. The beds were just OK to me but my husband complained that his back hurt so much. I don’t really expect too much from hotel beds though. The staff were great. Carmen greeted us with a warm welcome and offered us water. The room we had was on the 2nd floor which is the “lowest level” and where the free breakfast is held. They offered waffles and pancakes everyday we were there. Food was good. The food staff were all nice and helpful and tried to maintain an organized line for the waffles which I appreciated. We kept 2 bikes with them and they kept them nice and safe. They have a texting service if you want to get a hold of the front desk - super convenient! I loved how the fridge was located in the closet. I was able to put our snacks in the area where they typically would put the fridge. Restaurant right next door. Close to Avila Beach, Madonna, Pismo Beach. Wonderful stay with kids!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed out in San Luis Obispo. Even though the lobby elevator did not work, it will still a great experience. We love the fact that their pet friendly.
