Room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly. Great location. The only thing I did not like was the small pool that was only 4.5 feet deep. It also was suppose to be warm, but was cold! If you looking for a place to enjoy the pool this hotel definitely should not be your choice.

We decided to spend the long weekend in Columbus to visit the COSI museum, Lego Center, Zoo and Aquarium. Since I have a 4 month old we decided it would be easiest if we stayed somewhere with a kitchenette that was close to everything. We opted for the Towneplace suites. The first night we arrived there were people running down the halls. Our neighbors were so noisy at 2 am that they woke the baby. The next day everyone needed to shower. We were going to bathe the baby first. As I was sitting in the tub, I noticed there was something dark on the shower curtain. I was confused because it's not like my child was muddy and splashing muck everywhere. I opened the curtain further and discovered that it was covered in mold. I was absolutely horrified. We immediately contacted the front desk who said that they would be replacing it. An employee brought up a shower curtain, handed it to my friend, and then left. We were expected to change the shower curtain and deal with the moldy one. When they brought a change of towels the next day, there was hair woven in. There had also been hair on the walls of the shower, leading me to believe that the bathroom had never actually been cleaned. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Full kitchen, microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher etc. Comfortable beds, large shower. Breakfast was great too.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The room was nicely sized and featured a full size refrigerator, dish washer, and cooking supplies. The only "complaint" was the water pressure for the bathroom sink. It was so slow that it took almost 2 minutes to get warm water. The view was not great either but expected as the hotel is close to the freeway. The complimentary breakfast was hit or miss. Our first morning was very crowded and not enough food was brought out to satisfy the people waiting. When we finally received our egg and cheese croissant, the center was still frozen and we had to go to our room to reheat it. Other days weren't as busy and the variety of foods offered was good when the team was able to keep up with demand.

Wanted to give a ten but the shower water was luke warm. I was freezing! But otherwise. It was lovely. Clean, free parking, close shopping and food!

The hotel was filled with teenagers. (I was told some type of sporting event going on) We couldnt enjoy any of the amenities..bar, pool table, outside sitting area…because every area was packed with unruly , rowdy kids. They ran up and down hall , yelling all night. I was jarred awake at 3am by hollering & laughter in the hall. We left immediately the next morning, exhausted. Im not sure what the hotels policy is, in dealing with out-of-control patrons, but at the very least, they shouldve been asked to leave the bar area so there was ONE space where adult patrons could relax. Our trip was ruined

Great hotel in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. They have a sign regarding accommodating dietary needs so I asked if they had any individually wrapped items since I have celiac disease. They had udi’s blueberry muffins and even warmed them up for me. Such a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the size of the gym

The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were very nice . The only problem was that we had no hot water in our room and the water pressure wasn’t very good. I think it is a common problem with the rooms at the end of the hotel based on reviews that I have read. They did give us a discount on the room

The only disappointment about this stay was with housekeeping. There was a tissue in my toilet when I first got into the room, and a hair in the tub. Not horrible - easily dealt with - but not perfect. And although I was staying for 2 nights, it would have been good to have someone come into the room the first day to empty garbage and recycling, and to restock the coffee.

Great property and very reasonable price! I stayed 5 nights for a music festival and not only was it quiet and had great breakfast options, but the area was also very convenient for in terms of shopping options. We forgot a couple of things and having a Walmart in the same shopping center was a life saver.
