wish they had valet and we had to ask for help with our bags .and it’s been a week and my deposit isn’t back yet but love the hotel

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was so beautiful and comfortable. We were able to walk to the World War Museum and we all enjoyed our trip very much.

Beautiful, quiet, clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Lobby was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast at Provisions was convenient, affordable and delicious. Conveniently located across the street from the WWII museum( highly recommend you plan for 2 days to see the museum, it’s definitely worth it). This hotel was exceptional and we will be back.

Front desk staff was amazing the whole time!!!
But the bartenders made us feel unwelcome like we were a burden. It wasn’t late at all maybe 8/9 pm they did not want to serve us but did so reluctantly. I have a service industry background so I still tipped accordingly no matter what even though it was not warranted

The hotel was as expected. Very clean, very friendly service, comfortable beds and pillows. The only negative I found was that the breakfast in the cafe was expensive. I felt like we should have gone down the street to another restaurant for better service and food at the prices we paid.

The entire hotel is immaculate. It has parking available, which is a big deal in New Orleans. There is a parking garage next to the hotel. You pay by the day and it’s worth not having to worry about your car being towed or vandalized on the street. A full service breakfast is available. And there are other restaurants in the hotel. The beds Are comfortable and our bathroom was phenomenal. It’s huge, with an enclosed walk-in shower, A tub and an enclosed toilet. We had a corner room with a view of the city The hotel is across the street from the World War II museum. There are other attractions within walking distance. We parked our car and didn’t move it until three days later. There’s absolutely nothing negative I can think of when it comes to this hotel.

Beautiful property with thoughtful touches to reflect WW2 era. Comfortable beds and great design. I can’t imagine going to the museum and not staying here. It enhances the experience perfectly.

Stayed at Higgins due to convenient location to WWII museum. Basically it’s right across the street. Breakfast was fantastic albeit a little pricey but well worth it. Rooms and workout facility were great. Happy hour at the bar was excellent. Short walk to French Quarter about 10-15 minutes. Would definitely stay at this property in future.

We had a great stay at Higgins. It was walking distance from the convention center, super dome, and bourbon street. The only negative is that we stayed 3 nights and housekeeping did not clean our room until we asked on the last day. We had to call for towels everyday just to shower. The positive is that once we alerted the front desk, our room was cleaned immediately.

Our hotel stay was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Our concierge Terrance was very kind and helpful. He helped us as soon as we go to the hotel
Until the time we left. We will never forget him. The roof top bar was beautiful and had a great view overlooking the city. We had a king size bed and the room was very clean, bathroom was clean.
It exceeded our expectations.
When I come back to New Orleans I will be looking to stay again at this hotel.

Hotel was very nice. Decor and ambiance were befitting of the area and it was within walking distance or short drive to most high end shops and restaurants. Parking was easy but a little pricey. Hotel itself was very clean and the room we were in, double queen wirh view of the museum across the street, was very neat and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Not a recommendation for smaller children though because it isnt well outfitted for kids that we could tell. Blacktie function was going on when we checked in around 930pm friday night so it was a bit overwhelming. Great restaurants in the hotel and room service was quite good too.
