If you were looking for something off the beaten pass, this is your place. It’s a little out-of-the-way away from the downtown but definitely worth it if you’re looking for something quiet or romantic. The staff was very friendly rooms are very clean. It’s in walking distance to a few low-key bars and restaurants. If you do decide to stay here, make sure you bring some ice and maybe a cooler. And also if you’re trying to drink by the pool, there’s a couple of places right in the vicinity that have alcohol just buy some mixer. If you love cats, they have a couple of residents that will keep you company. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel is functional at best. Rooms offer limited space and practically no storage space (ironically, a sign in the room reads: "Need additional storage options? Decorative wall hooks. Under the bed." (sic!) Breakfast food was mediocre and replenished reluctantly and with delay. Housekeeping was not provided on day one and only offered after calling the front desk. Late check-out (customary for diamond members) was requested on check-in, but never recorded and had to be re-requested).

We stayed for one night before flying home. Shuttle service in the morning was prompt, safe, and courteous. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Our only complaint was the squeeze bottles for the hand soap, hand lotion, and supplies in the shower. I have arthritis in my hands and squeezing these things to get anything out was very painful. I realize you are trying to prevent waste, but squeeze bottles are not the way to go. A pump system would work better for hands that have problems!

Terrible stay.The upstairs neighbors were up til 12am then back up at 5 am jumping and stomping around. When I complained to the front desk the lady was nice and said she would call and tell them to keep it down. After she did, obviously ticked them Off, so they made more noise … louder and so obnoxious for us to go back to sleep. I complained again and they didn’t care. No discount offered, or even a “im sorry, what can we do to help you”. Paid $175 for the night and then $10 a night for parking.. which said “free parking”.. I would not stay at this hotel.

There was a heavy colored order housekeeping used the wrong dilution of floor chemical and we had to leave the room for over an hour an put ac high We reported this to front desk but didn’t see a concern

Very eco friendly hotel with no perks to speak of. We loved all of the gathering places on the main floor and outside!

The shuttle took 35 minutes. I was unhappy about that and the shuttle driver scolded me and threatened to not let me in the van. All I said was. “I want to go to the try by Hilton. I’ve been waiting 32 minutes. Then when I got to the hotel the desk clerk could not find my reservation. He was not going to let me stay. Then all of a sudden my reservation appeared. I landed at 11:15. Got checked in at 1a. The room has a strange gurgling sound which made it hard to sleep. This was one of the worst hotel travel experiences I’ve ever had.

We booked a King Room. When we went to our room, it was a two queen room. (No problem so we thought). We went downstairs to let the attendant at the front desk know that there had been a mistake. He told us that the kings were booked and made no effort to make it right, and pretty much made it seem like it was our fault. We booked and paid for a king room and got a queen room and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t stay here if they paid me to stay here.

My partner and I stayed here as a 9-hour layover. The shuttle to and from the airport is so helpful! It saved us Uber fees plus we got some sleep & a clean space to freshen up in. If I happen to come here for a layover again, I’d choose this hotel.

Liked the modern look of the room. Good counter space for bags. Comfortable and personable staff.

The young gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was spot on. Airport Shuttle was very convenient and right on time too.

Restaurant closed too early. Luckily the embassy suites next door was available.

The rooms were a bit small and cramped. Didn’t feel like it was what the picture led on to be. The night we stayed we had to walk to the hotel next door as they were short staffed. Which is no big deal.

Our stay was great until the morning we were leaving. We walked into the lobby as the shuttle was pulling away. The front desk person was very rude and unhelpful when asked what other options we had for getting to the airport in time for our flight. She just picked up her phone and said,”call an Uber”.

We love the Tru Hotels and this one was great. This location has a full bar by the pool table which was unique and I'm sure pretty popular. I stay at these hotels with my kids so didn't have drinks but my kids always love to play pool. The rooms are super clean and simple - always reliably the same with luxury vinyl flooring and white bedding. We loved being so close to the Denver airport and the delicious and expansive free breakfast was the perfect start to the day. There are several dinning options within driving distance and gas stations to fill up your rental car. This hotel was also only 20 minutes from the Arsenal wildlife refuge so we had time to fit that in before heading to the airport. Highly recommend this spot if you need a hotel close to the Denver airport.

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport for a very early departure. Starting about midnight it sounded like everyone was slamming doors over and over. We got about 2.5 hours of sleep.

Great stay

Decent overall, but nothing to write home about. Check in was a breeze and all the staff were helpful and pleasant to interact with. The rooms themselves were clean, but the TV streaming (Netflix,ect) wouldn't buffer and made it frustrating to watch something we wanted to. There was local television availabile, but we wanted to watch movies and to catch up on a few series while on the road. The shower pressure wasn't ideal, especially for a newer built hotel. Otherwise comfortable beds and convenient location.

Everything was great aside from the pool. The pool was very cloudy and lots of hair floating around in it. Just gross
