There was a heavy colored order housekeeping used the wrong dilution of floor chemical and we had to leave the room for over an hour an put ac high We reported this to front desk but didn’t see a concern

The shuttle took 35 minutes. I was unhappy about that and the shuttle driver scolded me and threatened to not let me in the van. All I said was. “I want to go to the try by Hilton. I’ve been waiting 32 minutes. Then when I got to the hotel the desk clerk could not find my reservation. He was not going to let me stay. Then all of a sudden my reservation appeared. I landed at 11:15. Got checked in at 1a. The room has a strange gurgling sound which made it hard to sleep. This was one of the worst hotel travel experiences I’ve ever had.

The young gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was spot on. Airport Shuttle was very convenient and right on time too.

Hotel was close to the airport and clean. Had a good friendly vibe. Late night check in and got an accessible room. No furniture blah. Was functional.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, and had a walk-in shower, which I love! And it was close to the airport which was very handy.

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport for a very early departure. Starting about midnight it sounded like everyone was slamming doors over and over. We got about 2.5 hours of sleep.

We stayed at this property the night before we left for home. It was in a convenient location to the airport. Even though the hotel is only about 5 years old, there was a lack of things that should have been noticeable when cleaning a room. The wallpaper was coming apart in the bathroom at the seams by 10", someone urinated on the wall next to the toilet and it wasnt cleaned. The light that was supposed to be attached to the side of the bed wasn't and didn't work. The so called window had a view of a brick wall. We weren't able to eat breakfast as we had to leave to catch our flight. I wouldnt stay in this place again.

Nice & clean

Hotel was very clean. My room was very noisy. Only one restaurant to have food and very poor menu.Couldn't even request for early breakfast order. Staff were not very friendly.Will not stay again.

I had a great stay other than the first morning there I was running five minutes late to the breakfast and no one was there anymore all the food was still out so I helped myself to a bagel and juice As i stood there waiting for the toaster one of the kitchen staff rudely stood there watching me like 2 feet from me making loud noises like hhhuhhh or smacking her lips then she walks off and loudly says this day is already / /me off .. Which made me extremely uncomfortable 😕 I was only 5 minutes late she could have picked up around me i was not in her way Or could have atleast told me nicely , no she made sure she made her point throwing things around into her rolling cart I went to the front told one lady there they had a rude kitchen lady and obviously they didnt tell her anything as when i walked down later that day they where all laughing there and seen me and laughed some more i wasnt even comfortable eating breakfast there the rest of the days. Won't be going back there We stayed 5 days only got room service once and thats because we had to go ask 2x

Clean

It was a clean, fresh place to stay the night.

No water the first evening. The elevators are hit or miss on reliable operation. The staff could not explain billing and refused to provide a receipt upon checkout. This is a terrible property. Staff are either rude, improperly trained or just incompetent.

Very Simplistic. Room had some wear and tear. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just so so.

Shower door didnt close so water got on the floor.

While the room was absolutely spotless, it was just down the hall from the open reception area at the bar that had a pool table that someone felt the need to play very late. Add rattling of plates from the bar area and sleep was extremely slow in coming and we had an early flight.

Nice enough for an overnight stay. Reasonably priced especially when factoring in the free airport shuttle to hotel. Clean, pleasant, breakfast elaborate, many choices. The desk was very helpful.clean.

Clean and convenient place to stay if flying out of Denver airport. Courtesy shuttle runs exactly on time 24 hours as advertised.

The facility was modern and nice and the room and bed were fine, but it was noisy. Not much insulation between rooms and sounded like water running through pipes. Breakfast was okay. Shuttle ran twice an hour and was fast and convenient.

The building was poorly made and I could hear all the neighbors throughout the night. There was weird creaking and banging sounds. The guest would slam door even into the early morning. Overall very poor noise situation
