We stayed here for a concert at Hard Rock Hotel, and it was perfect. Spacious, clean, well equipped suite; friendly front desk staff, they will even call a shuttle to take you to the Hard Rock nearby. Perfect place to stay with your friends.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Our family were in Dt Lauderdale to celebrate mine and my husband’s 50th wedding anniversary. For 5 of us in the room, we only had two washcloths, 3 bath towels and asked for more, which they were very good about giving to us. Then we had put the only extra roll of toilet paper on the roller and that ran out this morning before we left. Everything else was good including the breakfast.

I flew in at Fort Myers airport but booked a room ahead at Fort Lauderdale, But thought it was booked at Fort Myers witch is my mistake. When put the address in Gps then realized what i had done All I asked was to be switch to Fort Myers on HOLD forever and even got disconnected 2 times I lost that room and ended up paying for another Never again book through here

Stayed overnight to attend a concert locally. Have stayed here before. Very clean. Safe area/environment. Downfall for us was the cleaners they use for the rooms and hallways. Rooms smelled heavily if Fabuloso or similar heavy fragrance cleaner. Hallways smelled like old man Sandalwood cologne (maybe it wasn’t the hotel, but it was smelt the entire stay) we don’t recall the odors last time we stayed a few months back.
Easy to get to, although no walking/close by food services.

I was really impressed with the layout and condition of the property. It seems new or newly renovated. The breakfast buffet had some good choices, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and it won't be our last. The hotel staff is FABULOUS and truly make you feel comfortable when traveling. Their breakfast in the morning are great and parking is super convenient. The on ramp to Florida's turnpike is right there and makes it easy to get to where we need to go. I highly recommend!

Refused to pick me up at the airport though says clearly airport shuttle after asking about it the night before. Basically called ma a liar when I said I already asked about it. Reserved a shuttle for the cruise port Tuesday night. After the airport fiasco asked and weren’t on the list. Luckily we’re still able to get the shuttle. Desk staff were not knowledgeable and messed most everything up. Most of the food was burnt.

We've stayed at this hotel several times as it is conveniently located 1 mile from Hard Rock casino. The rooms are very clean, hallways nicely lit, bed is comfy. I have noticed the breakfast is going downhill. The last time we were there the breakfast was horrible. After we got our breakfast, there were more people coming in. They ran out of eggs, next juice cups, plates and regular coffee. Nothing was being refilled. The girl standing in the kitchen doorway was on her phone most of the time. People wanted to eat and nothing was being refilled. I had to ask for more plates. A guy was walking around checking things but I had to tell him there was not coffee. I will stilll stay here but the breakfast needs an over hall.

My overall stay was nice, just that some one of the front desk staff I felt was dry and had a problem everytime I went to her. Every time I would go to the front desk and I’m a really friendly person she wouldn’t talk or you’ll have to ask for help or she would see you there and never come to the desk and ask how can I help. It wasn’t just me either cause I got tired of going to the front desk when she was there so I sent my fiancée down to go to her instead just to make sure it wasn’t me. She said her attitude is deplorable.
Other than that my stay was nice. Breakfast was nice and on Mondays- Wednesdays they have a little social and have snacks and even free beer. I’m not a beer guy but they also had wines too.
My room was clean . I just had to keep asking for towels hence one of my reasons for going to the front desk.
It was quiet although it was close to the airport. But everything overall was nice would definitely stay again.

The hotel it was great, great location, great facilities and everything was exceptional. Just one thing which was a disturbing, I saw the snake around the Hotel , except that thing everything else was perfect.

It was my first stay at Staybridge, and I was impressed enough to stay again! The breakfast was nice, there were many options, and the rooms and area were nice and clean with a pleasant smell. Having a kitchenette was a bonus as well.

TERRIBLE! I book a stay here as it’s continently next to the Hard Rock casino where I’d be visiting the next couple days, as I arrive I’m told my names suddenly not on file and that they’re totally booked for the weekend (It was the Copa America final weekend in SF) clearly they gave my room away… all the lady can tell me is that there’s no room with my name here and that I have to contact Expedia. After contacting Expedia they went to then call the property to figure something out and all the lady can say was “I don’t know” no reason as to why my booking wasn’t showing, no help, rude attitude, seemed very ghetto like. Never attempting to book here again…. Place did serve complementary water in the lobby.

POT SMOKING EVERYWHERE! This is a glorified homeless shelter with questionable people living at the hotel. Had to move rooms because CLOUDS of pot smoke were coming into our room. There are families of frogs living in the pool making it unsanitary and not swimmable. The airport shuttle only goes once an hour and we told the front desk clerk that we were running upstairs to grab our bags and get on the shuttle and it left before our eyes without us (and the front desk manager said oh you were the ones coming to get the shuttle ). Cost us $20 for an LYFT. Horrible, horrible experience!!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!!
